Here players are picked up by IPL performance & bootlicking of captain so no wonder they get drubbed in test matches.

You see, Indians are struggling on field from day 1. They are struggling to bat, bowl and field. As you said, there should be an overhauling. When a car becomes old, what do we do, dispose it off and buy a new one which is in working condition. I cannot agree with you more on it and I feel every Indian fan will also be thinking on same lines. BCCI is the only one who has no idea, giving importance to IPL and forgetting the fact that test matches are the backbone of cricket.
The refusal to look forward & continue with a team that has delivered nothing after home WC win has finally played havoc.MSD is not a test player & therefore does not merit his presence in team both as batsman & Captain. He was always a very average keeper to say the least.Tendulkar refuses to grow & continue to stick in the team denying a newcomer chance to groom.Yuvi may have won his battle against dreaded Cancer & deserves all the wishes for long life but looks nowhere close to be good for test cricket.Aswin is not a test bowler & deserves no more chance at this level along with Ojha. They lack the discipline that a spinner require to succeed on sub continent tracks.Zaheer is past his prime while Sharma was rusty due to long lay off but tried his best. It is time to appoint Veeru as Captain for test team & allow him to bat at number 6 while Rahane,Tiwari,Saha & couple of young spinners should be tried along with Sharma & yadav as pacers

Extremely good analysis of the state of affairs. Are the selectors listening?

Very good & Intelligent Analysis. Just the Captaincy has to be given to someone more responsible in Batting. May be a Virat can be tried for now as Indian team has little choice for Captaincy now.

We need someone who by nature is attacking as Captain to change the mindset of the team MSD is a very defensive captain who allows opposition to make mistakes for team to win then playing to win.Veeru is aggressive by nature & has nothing to loose at this stage of career if appointed as Captain.Virat may not be able to deliver as batsman in this role.Veeru will ba good bet at number 6
Wonder how this pathetic team with pathetic & worst bowling in the world stayed at the top of Test ranking for more than 1 year. May be they played most of their matches at Home during that time. Hope England Thrash India in the 3rd Test and go on to WIN this Series. England thoroughly deserve to WIN this Series. Dhoni's reign as Captain would come to an end at the end of this Series, so some consolation for Indian Cricket.

My apologies. Yes everybody expected a 4-0 drubbing by India on Enlgand and inflicting revenge from this series but now all know how Pathetic this Over-rated Indian Team has become. Hope there is a complete overhaul after this Series starting with change of Captaincy.

15 English chickens have come to india etc? anyways i can assure you that way bcci functions there will be no change in captaincy. revenge was more media creation. still there is time to draw this game and win series 2-1
