Its high time Zaheer is sacked
by cc man on Dec 07, 2012 08:18 PM

we have been saying since a long time that Zaheer is a jogger, useless and all about hype. Just like Dhoni, he has also been a non-performer since few yrs but still gets retained. Whenever he is not around, Indian bowlers performed well.

India's plight has started since this Old & useless Duncen Fletcher has taken over as coach. He should be fired immediately. India has never done so bad under any coach except this old man.

Nothing was changed after Mumbai Test (other than bringing Ishant Sharma who is a C_grade bowler) and hence India will lose this match also. Nothing will change after this test match also. People will criticize the team. But selectors will keep "faith" in these "cricketers" even though it's a_shame to call them cricketers. BCCI bosses hardly have time to worry about the plight of test cricket in India because all their time is spent in counting money and making more money. Then India will lose the next match also and the series 3-1 and still nothing will change. The coach (Duncan Fletcher), the non-performing players, the selectors will still not be removed. Then the focus will be shifted to ODIs and T20s and everything will be forgotten. So it's absolutely a waste of time to watch any Test matches really. It's better to watch other sports. And hopefully other sports in India will become more popular and attract more money due to BCCIs_foolishness.
Not to forget that we must appreciate performance of England's cricketers. They are better in all the departments whether it's fast bowling, spin bowling, batting against fast as well as spin bowling, fielding, catching, running between the wickets. They have given such a good_hiding to Dhoni/Tendulkar/Sehwag/Zaheer/Ashwin that they will have nightmares while sleeping. They might leak_in_the_bed when faces of Cook/Panesar/Swann/Pietersen/Anderson/Finn appear in their dreams. All credit must go to ECB, t

rightly said... everybody just says that its the players fault that the team is doing so badly, but they don't realize that all these same players played extraordinarily under Gary Kirsten and no one has performed to his ability under Fletcher...

BCCI should quickly arrange
by Sadhashiv on Dec 07, 2012 07:06 PM

a series against Zimbabwe, Ireland, Kenya, Canada and Bermuda forthwith where Indian zeroes will play 3 tests on home soil against each nation.....

This way master blaster can score runs at will and India will be back to number 1 position, which would make their crazy fans start praising their hollow stars...

This is exciting

Very well done England. At last we will see end of a non-playing captain and if we dont see that we will all write a letter of congrats to our great BCCi - that Mr Pawar could not fix any more matches.
And I dont understand how Indian fans still follow so much cricket after the team was shown decisively incompetent at international level.

French Cusisine:

the reason why indian fans follow this game played by hollow stars is bcoz our nation is devoid of any real sporting heroes...

We r not a nation known to excel in competitive games bcoz we simply lack the talent, stamina, attitude, temperament etc to go with any games played by a majority of nations as we know if we venture into those games, we would be ranked at the bottom and that would be too harsh for a nation aspiring to be a super power....

India will continue to lose if duncan fletcher continues. He is good for nothing. The time he took over as indian coach India started losing. if he stays long enough india will start losing to zimbabwe, bangladesh in our home ground leave aside their home grounds.

A few facts :

When Fletcher took over as coach of team India :

1)India was world no.1 test team
2)India was the world champion in ODI's.
3)India was a very formidable T20 team.
4)India was an all pitch performing team.

After Duncan Fletcher took over as coach :

1)India became one of the weakest test teams in the world, getting whitewashed in England and Australia series.
2)India has never even entered a final of a ODI tournament featuring more than 2 teams.
In the Asia cup it lost to Bangladesh.
3)Teams like Afghanistan have started becoming a formidable opposition to the T20 side..

Dhoni has prepared speech for the match closing cermony
by cc man on Dec 07, 2012 05:51 PM  | Hide replies

Ravi Shastri: What happened?
Dhoni: Well five things occurred in the pitch that caused the debacle.
1.Day 1: Nothing in pitch for the indian batsmen
2.Day 2: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers
3.Day 3: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers
4.Day 4: Nothing in pitch for the indian batsmen
5.Day 5: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers

Ravi Shashti: Yes. We all are hearing your great analysis. Any message you want to give?
Dhoni: If pitch curator does not listen to me, this is what happens. So, i request all to listen to my words and prepare pitch as per my demands.

Ravi Shastri: Which bowler you think you will always retain as long as ur captain?
Dhoni: Zaheer the best pace bowler I have ever seen. He is our bowling coach

Ravi : What about 0-8 debacle in Australia and England?
Dhoni : Well, its the same story there as follows
1.Day 1: Nothing in pitch for the indian batsmen
2.Day 2: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers
3.Day 3: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers
4.Day 4: Nothing in pitch for the indian batsmen
5.Day 5: Nothing in pitch for the indian bowlers

I can take further the running commentary:
Dhoni: India has done well in all three days. We are able to restrict England and the lead is the only 193 runs.
Shastri: Zaheer has bowled exceptionally well in an unresponsive pitch. Tendulkar played a stellar role when India batted. If it has not been Sachin, India would not have crossed 200.
Sunil: Glad to see Sachin scoring 76 runs (after 20 tests). I really do not know why England plays so well against Indian bowlers. I expect India to come back in their second innings with a better performance.
Dhoni: You see, England played well, not that India bowled badly. Zaheer's bowling has been good, not good enough to get the batsmen out. Ashwin forgot to have one extra set of idlis in the morning, and hence his performance has been below par.
Public: When Panesar, Anderson, and Swann can get wickets on this pitch, why our bowlers failed to contain and take wickets. May be test matches should be conducted in IPL style having cheer girls, extra money for scoring runs and taking wickets. May be it will motivate our players to do well in test matches.

Another innings defeat wait India
by satishgs on Dec 07, 2012 05:43 PM

FLoppy Indian team, innings defeat is awaited in 3rd match, England look to white wash India in this series and walk away victories as it appears. we have no good quality bowlers and batsmen are failing repeatedly.
There is nothing like Fielding all tired lot.

Poor Show by India.
