It is up to fast bowlers around the world to end any career in their 39s. Fast 150Kmph to the chin may make anyone think about enjoying the bat again... It may not in happen in INDIA because of lack of bounce but surely will in Australia, South Africa, England, New Zealand and the West Indies.

Because spineless BCCI and the selectors cannot see beyond their noses. Just because Sachin wants to enjoy, so many youngsters will continue to suffer as long as new bunch of selectors act tough and tell Sachin to follow Ganguly, Dravid and Laxman and let the deserving youngsters get chance.

Its better on the selection committee, not to select him either in One day games or Test Match. If selectors selects him, then the captain is bound to make him in his playing eleven

Srikanth don't have guts like the way they asked Laxman. We need Jimmy Amarnath or Saurav as selection committee chairman at least for an year to get rid off SRT. Jimmy purely for his honest interest in India cricket and Saurav for obvious rivalry.

Not only him enjoy his Cricket till interest. The government employees also can tell the same word their retirements. No one ready to go home until their death. If they say like this means, what would be the Sachin's word. Is he understand anything?

Robin Singh took retirement much before Chappell became coach. Don't use false statement to demean one person(Greg Chappell). I belive he did the right thing for Indian cricket by ousting Saurav from the scene. Saurav was a great player till the time he becomes Captain. Once he becomes captain, he thought himself a king. Saurav had hid 16/17 hundreds by 2000 in ODI. After that he made 5 more hundred. I clearly remember out of this 5, 3 are in WC 2003(2 against Kenya & 1 against Nambia). Once he stripped out of captainship, he started to perform well. But due to his egoness he thought stripping out of captainship is a loss of his self-respect. So he retired.
