Osho, funnily said, but it is sad for Indian cricket that Sachin is so adamanat that he wont retire.

unmukt likes reading dictionaries so he must be using sophisticated words for abuses which no one can understand

Midget
by Raman sSubramanya on Aug 27, 2012 08:54 PM  | Hide replies

Why the Selectors are still persisting with the old Midget ? We have enough young bench strength awaiting their chances to squeeze into the playing XI. Selectors and Dhoni, drop the Midget, if you have guts !!!

not only talent and hardwork
by Vimal Sanghvi on Aug 27, 2012 08:46 PM  | Hide replies

Dont forget cricket is not just about talent or hardwork... you need lots of concernration and discipline... Kambli_Jadeja they had lots of talent but didnt have the discipline for the game... also the timing is very important... Robin Singh... he had everything... but got into intl cricket when he was in his 30s... now if you see we have a very good team and equally strong batch ... (few loop holes in bowling dept) any fresh talent gets very limited time to prove his strength and ability... and dont forget good relation with selectors...

You may add Yuvraj, Rohit Sharma, Sreeshanth when talking about discipline. The easy money spoils them totally by ignoring their main wage earning profession cricket and concentrate on partying, advertisements etc. Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina are examples how discipline helps youngsters to come up in cricket.
