Shameful of you Dravid
by cc man on Aug 24, 2012 07:28 AM

On one side you people ask him to shoulder responsibilty, other side you people dont give support when he is going great guns and make his hundreds fruitless. And top of that you people propagand that when sachin scores, india fails instead of saying that you people did not support him. And top of that you people say that he is not playing attacking cricket. Shameful of you to ask him to should responsibility still.

Sachin should not retire
by swetha on Aug 22, 2012 07:53 PM

Sachin should not retire
It was the conspiracy played by England and Australia and south africa so that Sachin retire and they allow ponting and kallis make more runs than sachin .
The same thing they have done with Gavaskar and Indians are also saying Gavaskar should retire and then Allan border continue play cricket in his old age and he made more runs than Gavaskar.
This time Sachin should not retire untill and unless Ponting and kallis get retired. So that Sachin will be highest run getter in the test cricket and one day.
Think about it we Indians are fools and England and Australia are playing with us.

Despite his highly impressive career record, not one of Sachin Tendulkar's innings appeared in the top 100 batting performances. His omission was strongly criticised by fans and many sections of the media in India. Wisden defended the list stating that performances which majorly contributed to victories received a much larger weighting than those in which the match was drawn or lost. Tendulkar's most important innings had usually come in draws and defeats which received a lower weighting.

its time for you to retire from life as well. You are holding up resources which can be used for the betterment of the nation.

I don't understand why people like yourself are so selfish and continue to live and be a burden on this country.

We as a developing nation need resources and people like yourself are pulling us down with your selfish motive

Its not true. compare the age when Border retired vs when Gawasker retired. I am sure Gawaskar would be older. Gawaskar was not performing at all whereas Border retired on top of his form. Sachin is just playing to make some records and its not for country. Sachin should retire asap to allow some new players to come in team. Think about India winning matches and not about sachin making records.

border retired at 38 , while gavaskar retired at 37 ... in his last 10 innings before retirement, gavaskar made 2 centuries and 4 half centuries, including a masterly 96 in his last innings ... border on the other hand had made only 1 half century in his last 10 innings ... please get some facts before talking from pure "perception"

comeon.. stop making up facts to justify sachin's overdue retirement. Gavaskar was kicked out of Indian team. The masterly 96 is same as the 100th century as Gavaskar played so slow which created pressure on rest of the batsmen. Also all the last 10 innings of Gavaskar were in India. Border on other hand didnt score 96/100s but as a Captain he made sure his team didnt lose. Sachin fans will never understand the difference between a match losing century vs a match winning 10

you are entitled to feel and say whatever your mind perceives ... but at least do not try to "quote facts" ... gavaskar's 96 was on a minefield of track in 4th innings of a test match against pakistan's spinners ... gavaskar scored at a rate of 36.3 ... the next best score in the innings was ajhar's, who scored 26 at a rate of 34. the other folks who crossed 10 runs were binny (15 runs @ 31) and vengsarkar (19 runs at 28) ... so gavaskar played slow ? and then lets talk about border, in his last 6 test matches, australia won 2, lost 2 and drew 2 ... it was border actually who was thrown out by the aussie board who said enough and put in mark taylor who took australia to the top ...

whether sachin should retire or not is a different question ... and every cricket fan, however biased one way or the other can have their views on this ... but at least do not put your views supporting them with wrong facts ...

what a joke"""""""" sachin should retire and pave the way for a new comer. enough is enough, and the cricket lovers are engaged in speculating which game sachin may play or not? he has turned into a gamble point for the punters.
