person who plays only for personal milestones, would never be able to inspire others, which he very well understands and as such gave up the captaincy.

Tendulkar has poor captaincy records in the past not only IPL but also in international cricket. The main problem of sachin is fear and not able handle the pressure situation during his captaincy. He hasitates to take the captainship so he gave to bhajji

why tendulkar give so much importnance to IPL
by ramakanth k on Apr 06, 2012 07:02 AM  | Hide replies

a Person of Tendulkar stature and as per his statements he is so much love for the game where as IPl is game killer and it is only a rouge hitting flat form.he should have quit ipl to play real game of cricket which is test matches.

yes. it is surprising that not only tendulkar, but most other indian players would do anything to be able to play for Mumbai or punjab or any other state, but silently slink away when it comes to playing Ranji trophy. motivated by money? absolutely.

Bhajji won it last time
by Ajeet Singh on Apr 04, 2012 07:35 PM  | Hide replies

Under Bhajji's captaincy Mumbai Indians have lifted the cup last year, so there should be no question asked whether he can do it or not.

MI HAVE TO MAKE USE OF THE RESOURCES TO THE FULL
by damodaran mohan on Apr 04, 2012 05:51 PM

Ceratinly Yes.We can only talk about probabilities based on pure logic because T20 is full of twists and turns every ball. The main problem with MI has been that right from the first IPL they had no dearth of resources and were always best placed to win but every time they missed for some reason or the other. In fact for some reason the potentials were rarely exploited to the optimum and here lies the key for Bhajji to make best use of the enough resorurces to win.

what a bummer, why interview him on live tv ...

i agree, but its not good for ipl promotion when a star speaks against it esp. when he's out there to perform. you know what i'm saying..?

i didn't know salman didnt enjoy cricket.
