pataudi is the name of place, a town in haryana, from where he come from, and his forefathers ruled that place. khan is the actual surname for him

A great loss indeed. His best innings were with only one eye. His averages will never never tell the full story of his greatness to Indian Cricket.A thinking Captain and an ability to spot talented Cricketers. G Vishwanath, Ekki Solkar were his boys.
he died because he was in Ganga Ram , here the doctors give all wrong medicine and kill the patient . i myself have been a sufferer last month. they dont know to behave with patients, and just know to take money . if he would hav been in some other place , he would have survived.
