A good question. In corporate law there is a concept of lifting the corporate veil to know who is behind the thing. Therefore, if Srinivasan is holding major shares in that company, and also holding a managerial position such as chaiarman, managing director or director and not as a professional director and if he is he decisive force in that company then he is the deemed owner. Let him explain this first without telling surruptiously that he and the company are different. Otherwise he is lying.
It is like someone saying "She is my wife but I am not her husband". For tax and other purposes, entities are different. Will any decision in India Cements be taken without Srinivasan?
So CSK is owned by a "publicly run" India cements . Mr Srinivasan seems to be amnesic since the corporate portfolio of India cements shows a certain Mr N Srinivasan has a controlling stake in the company .
Dear All, please do not watch any of the Champions league as well as IPL matches. They are spoiling indian cricket. As you can see the effect of English Primier League, where many English players perfom best but when it comes to FIFA tournaments(EUroCup or WC) Those stars are no where Rooney,Ronaldo,Henry all performs in league only So kindly do not watch CL & IPL matches
