the great tendya
by solid singh on Nov 26, 2011 01:39 PM  | Hide replies

faile again , out on 3. agaig has proved that he rarely contributes to India's cause. Today he had got another chance (after more than 100 chances ) to prove that he can win matches for India , but the fact is he does not have it in him. bloated gas , no substance. made great by wadekar , shastri , gavaskar etc.

Kambli is right!
by vin nel on Nov 26, 2011 01:24 PM

When people's expectations are high, the betting syndicate receives crores on the bet that Sachin shall score a century. So when Sachin inturn gets crores to get out in the Nineties from the betting syndicate, why shall he score a century to please all the cricket fanatics! After watching Sachin's dismissal and recent matches, even a child can tell that Vinod Kambli and Lord Condon's revelations about match-fixing are true!

Bradman retired with 99.99 against his name. Why cant Sachin with 99 centuries ?? ...this has all the makings of a great legend !

he would have greater chance to score century as in odi scoring is easy and quick and mindset becomes to score aggressively.

Sachin just to have to play freely and naturally
by cc man on Nov 26, 2011 08:21 AM  | Hide replies

Its high time, Tendya starts playing freely and naturally instead of playing with a desire to hit a hundred etc. In this process if he gets a big hundred and ends up with a good contribution, he has to treat it as bonus etc. Look at Ashwin, he played freely and naturally with no desire to hit hundred. He just left the course to destiny.

Reason
by Abhimanyu Kumar on Nov 26, 2011 08:08 AM  | Hide replies

Not getting his 100th century is the reason why Tends will keep playing till he is in his 60s!

He threw his wicket to simply prolong his career and make corporate India happy!

Dhoni too prolonged his career with a 8 and so did VVS and Dravid. Else the whole team was going to go out in next match. ;-)
