Ian Botham seems to be forgetting that the last test series held in his own England was won by India!!! Even Anil Kumble hit a century in that series!!! England will face the same situation in this series too.At least earlier they had Flintoff, Steve Harmison, Panesar, etc. This time around their bowling is not upto a scratch. After the initial acclimitization, Indians will feast on their bowling. If he needs proof he not look beyond the recent test series between India and South Africa, where India scored tons of runs after the first test first innings on pitches that offer much more bounce than England and against an attach that is definitely much stronger than England's with Steyn, Morkel and Kallis.
INDIA'S No.1 POSITION IS IN DOUBT NOW, BCOZ THEIR MOST OF THE PLAYERS R INJURED OR NOT THE FULLY FIT TO PLAY MATHCHES FOR THE TEAM ONLY BCOZ OF IPL. SO IPL SHOULD BE BANNED WHO IS KILLING THE INTERNATIONAL MATCHES OF INDIA. IPL HAI HAI.

IPL should be considered only for local boys for their future. Not for all International players.
other than ashes victory,england team is pretty average,but indian team,even though they had a pretty bad 2007 world cup,but in the same year india beat england in england in a test series captained by the same world cup captain dravid,so mr.botham or any bottom,beware of the world champions (in all forms of cricket) india
