If players perform well for a mercedes, and dont play wel for their country otherwise, they shouldnt be allowed in the team in the first place. Simple as that. You are representing a country, and not buying cars on the field.

It's Arvind Desilva of Srilanka. He played international cricket at the age of 49.
We won quarter final, just imagine if we lost that match, then the comments could have as follows : 1. Everybody were blamed Dhoni to not include Yusuf Pathan in quarter final match. 2. Everyobdy could have blamed to Dhoni for replace Raina in Yusuf Place. 3.The question mark have been raised on his captaincy. 4.The questons have been raised on his own batting. 5.The demands could have raised to remove from captaincy. 6. The total team could have been blamed for poor performance.
So yet we have time to include Yusuf Pathan who can be a match winner. He has ability to handle the pressure single handedly and he bat and bowl too.

Before the start WC, when our team was playing in SA, we were a far superior team capable of defeating any team including SA in their own play ground!
Suddenly, after the team was selected, all those injured got the slots for no reason to justify and Nehra started his journedy straight to Hosptial for treatment! He cannot even bowl out a tail ender today! He is playing like a Pregnant woman! And ppl like you are pround of him because he is from N!! This is were you guys are forgetting about the nation!
After the slection was made, suddenly Captain and his close gang forgot the paly! They are just acting in front of the Media! They are not making any impact! Suddenly any team is frightening India! Indians are praying even to win against Banglo! A non-entity Eng is made equal to India! The very team who tasted defeat in their home land and afraid to face India in India DEFEATED India in India - howcome all these are happening ina fine morning??? And now, we are shivering even to go to Mohali?? What happend to our team? Why are they not playing upto their potential? Are they playing for the betting person? Pak players are viewing India-Pak match like a do or die event! They were never confident to face India in WC! Now, suddenly, they are coming with a smile to see the fear on the face of Indian players and the same and anger on the face every Indian! Howcome all these happening without any known cause???

Kp is a c.h.o.o.t.h.i.y.a who is not from South, not from North.. He just came from nowhere to divide ppl here. Already there are ppl here waiting for a slightest mention of North South, to start a fight.. and Kp is capitalizing on that fact..

Why calming down? Why not thinking the danger of selecting non-performers just because of their regional bias?
When the Nation is defeated, guys like you are hiding your face!
I am against the N-S mentality! I stand for one single India! DO NOT BRING S-N in all areas and put all Indians in shame - just like we are going to face in Mohali! The Selectors and the Captain should have thought about brining pride for the nation not insult!!
When you determined to discard the talented ppl and fill the slots for N you should also think this team represents one nation and going to war for the country! When Pak defeat India, it is the whole nation who are crying! The insult is affecting all Indians alike - no N-S divide there!

Nehra,chawla,sreesanth,pathan are not playing as they are not performing...sreesanth even couldnt stand in front of bangladeshis....chawla a complete waste in indian team....pathan..a good player but a bad world cup....nehra...a good player but a bad match.........in ashwin is playing and proving that he is future of india...harbhajan is out of wickets but had been consistent ..Zahir is best....munaf is because no option is avaiable....aprt from that full team is playing nice...then why so much complaint......which south indian player is missing from team who had played extraordinary in last 2 years.....why so much cry.....vijay and karthick had got repeated chances for many seried...but whats the result....everybody know....which current south indian player is of caliber of dravid,kumble,srinath,prasad,srikanth...on other side sehwag,gambhir are backbone of indian team.kohli and raina had made there places after good performances....where is biasing.....

Deepak, you hit the nail on the head. Very valid points. Munaf is better than either sree or nehra at present and hence needs to be persisted with. The team would be the same as the last match.

You are brining again Nehra here - everybody knows he is handicapped now, no potential to take a single wicket against any dangerous team in this WC!! He was selected by Dhoni to book a slot!
What is the consistency of Bhaji?? Howmany wickets has he taken so far in this WC??
If Sree can be duped becasue of one match, why not Captain himself! Why not the same yardstick for other players!
You look at the IPL teams and YOU CAN SEE the good players from Ranji playing there better than players in this WC!!

if captain is duped during world cup then india will be first country to do so...even the team who are out of world cup now had not removed there captain in the middle of world cup.....r u seriously giving the suggestion to remove the captain in the middle...great idea..really great idea....i have talk abt playing eleven.....yuvraj,sehwag,gambhir,raina,kohli......what are there south indian replacements........nehra is out for ever now...THE great sreesanth had shown his class in front of bangladesh....even his substitute(munaf ) is same ...but he wont be replaced coz india is winning...no one will do experiment of removing captain or winning team as per ur blunder suggestion

sorry but sreesanth must get chance ahead of munaf..he has pace and swing.......munaf doesnt have any..sure sree gives run but he does picks wickets..or the best is drop munaf and bring in yusuf pathan..i'm saying this as half of the munaf's overs are being bowled by part timers. with yusuf in team we will have extra batsman...sehwahg..yusuf..sachin..yuvi..raina and kohli can bowl 20 overs in them...we just dont need munaf and nehra!
