Well, I really don't wanted to comment on your post ...but I wanted to check the data.
In his total centuries India won 75% time and only 25% we lost. Now, tell me true do you have any knowledge of cricket ...

Tendulkar hitting century and India losing the match means, other morons failed in their task. Not Tendulkar's failure.
Re: Thank God Sachin couldn't make a century

That was a very unfair comment... when Sachin scores 100, probably others are sitting lazy expecting to win the game by himself... Even Yesterday, after sachin got out, tension started building, our captain failed to score double digit no... If the match had turned the other way, same guys would have blamed sachin for not scoring a 100 and save the match. Of course, it is a funny world and iconic players like sachin have to bear such comments. Anyways, Team India won and gearing up for the semi-final clash again our old enemy!!!
Today he hit a Half century and with the contributions of Yuvi (especially) and Gautham Gambhi India won. And so now go and f@6kurm0th@r$ sachin haters. Its always like this. If Sachin can build a foundation then the others should continue further or else India will lose.

LG, thats how it ALWAYS is. it is ALWAYS TEAMWORK. but you steal other 10 players performances and give it to sachin. this is not the first time it has happened. it has happened each and every time. this is one of the very few occasions that you understand it and give credit in the right place.
the truth is you people hate yourslf and try to find ways to seek cheap attention because of your unsucceful and unloved personal and professional lives.

Sad, a great batsman ODI carrier is going to be over. Well played Ponting.
Ponting is a great batsman...just behind Sachin.
Aussie are brought up in different culture and social structure...that make them look bad in the eyes of Indians...but please do not demean a great cricketer.

They mostly love swimming, fishing, off road driving and SPORTS, including going to the gym, running, and EATING RIGHT CALORIES. Most of them only need to work of 5 days(40hrs) in a week and are paid overtime for even working beyond the working hours and paid extra for working saturdays, sundays, nights, and holidays. Dont have to explain much to get sick leave. Noone here is differentiated on the kind of work they do and no one is looked upon. Some Indians(students)get beaten as they cant stay without doing ungli and cant take it when time comes to stand up for their actions. The beatings/killings are in newspapers as 'racists' as Australia and India are big commercial partners in Coal, Steel and Education. One incident was someone's jhol to claim insurance which went wrong. It is worse in UK where people are picked up randomly based on colour. But media/noone is interested as we dont have such commercial interest with UK(basicaly they dont- we need their market)

ponting is a good batsman but never a good human being. Sad to see such a person from the land of Don.

Ponting is a great player. And he proved it today yet again. Salutations to him bro.
Re: Sachin is still young !!
by malayakanta barik on Mar 25, 2011 12:41 AM
Everybody in Indian team should learn from him how is he playing at this age. He is the pillar of Indian cricket and without his presence India can't win this World cup. Long live Sachin !!! Add 2000 runs quickly. Good Luck.
Re: Re: Sachin is still young !!
by Alok Sharma on Mar 25, 2011 12:47 AM
We had him in last 5 world cups as well. :- ) and we lost all of them. World cup wining is team event and can not win until everyone contributes..like they did today.

And that doesn't take away any credit from Sachin for his steel like nerves and determination. What I admire is spirit to keep going and doing best. Inspirational stuff anytime

by Shams Aly on Mar 25, 2011 01:03 AM
we had the whole indian team in the last 5 world cups along with tendulkar that means the entire indian team is jinxed to win the world cup you have gone nuts alok sharma.
Re: Re: Re: Sachin is still young !!
by sunil vaidya on Mar 25, 2011 04:07 AM
you are absolutely correct alok sharma. but very few people here understand that. they have been blinded by sachin's records and centuries and their eyes and brains have stopped working and they cannot see and understand what is happening before them on the ground.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Sachin is still young !!
by sunil vaidya on Mar 25, 2011 12:42 PM
wrong only blind sachin fanatics who dont value other 10 players and steal the credits of their performances and donate it to sachin force people like us to make such statements.
you people need to get the hate you have for the rest 10 players out of your system. then only such messages will stop.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Sachin is still young !!
by sunil vaidya on Mar 25, 2011 12:45 PM
harish get the hate you have for other 10 players out of your system and learn to give credit where it is due and stop giving credit where it is not due. till you people dont do that such 'hate' (according to you) messages will not stop.
Tendulkar is definitely great player. There are few things he lost during that process. Concentrating on records more than the matches. Concentrating on money more than the country image.. He earned so much money from the country but if you look at the contribution he is making to the society, it is peanuts. Off late, he seems to be playing for the country but earlier, he used to play for himself and for records. No one can forget the nasty incident of ferrari tax issue. There is no need for him to ask for tax exemption.
OVER ALL, HE IS GREAT PLAYER BUT NEEDS TO PROVE A SA GREAT HUMAN BEING!!
Re: Tendulkar is great player but!!!
by iamdon on Mar 25, 2011 12:59 AM
Ferrari was a "Gift". Sachin didnt want to evade tax.. people in MH wanted the govt to eliminate tax on his gift. Douche - stop making a fool of yourself. There has never been and never will be a more selfless player with genuine honesty and modest outlook than the Great master Blaster. MIND IT.

according to bird-brains like u sachin should scream what he is doing for charity or for society... but then stray street barking dogz like u can never judge a person... ur only job is to keep barking
Re: Re: Tendulkar is great player but!!!
by Shams Aly on Mar 25, 2011 12:37 AM
absolutely right, he has always played for india and thats the bottom line.
you people are sitting idle at home and dont have anything instead of writing the comments in rediff. It seems very easy that setting ho gaya bhai . just watch the match carefully and imagine if ball comes at the speed of 150 km/h setting vetting sab ki ghanti baj jaati hai.
and also very country needs world cup at any cost even australia and west indies are also ready to give any amount

you mean also bowled in place of Macgrath, Warnne etc. I hope you know that scoring runs is work half done...it is the bowling that win you matches in the end.
Re: Re: Re: Ponting supporters and Sachin Haters

slowly...slowly...LG has started to understand the value of bowlers....
Re: Re: Re: Re: Ponting supporters and Sachin Haters

Sunil Gadaiya
No one disputed the value of Good bowlers.
A good Bowling team is better than Great batting team. Apart from few rare occasions, this has always been true.
The problem in the case of the indian team, the Bowling on an overall scale has been mediocre at best. All cricket pundits accept that and don't fail to mention it on LIVE TV. So please refrain from trying to use your brain for analysis.
Aussie team has been top dog for years because of bowlers like MCgrath, Lee, Warne, Gillespie and host of support bowlers who incidentally happen to have better bowling figures than our frontline bowlers.

ponting played most selfish inning today... he was playing slowly for his 100 without any concern for team... when he got his 100 he gave away his wicket...

arvin do you have any idea in what circumstances he was playing. he played wonderfully but team india played exceptionally well. you are an idiot and moron coz you dont understand cricket that well.
