Dhoni is a spent force in Indian cricket. But, only due to his luck factor and a comparative better team than in the past, he is sticking to the chair. His contribution is almost nil or even negative in the past two years. He is now more egoistic & sees that the current in-form players like Raina or Kolhi gets chopped or their batting order shuffled in every second match. Unless he gets injured & either Parthiv Patel of Uthappa replaces him, it is tough times for Indian cricket. His foolish tactics & blunders in the past two years have cost Indian drawing or loosing many easy matches. Unless he gets rid of Nehra, Piyush Chawla & Munaf Patel, it will be very difficult for India to perform well in this world cup.
Dhoni’s Batting was the reason for defeat against South Africa. Dhoni for the past 2 years was under the cover of other players. But, against South Africa he got exposed in his batting in that he could not even protect his tail enders & score runs in the end overs. Maybe, Dhoni would have scored 36 runs in the final over as per his fans statements ……… but there was no wicket left… So sad…. When Dhoni could not even play in the end overs, this idiot Kiran

All is right.. but don't talk about Tendulkar. Who asked him to open the innings? if he is the best and mature batsman, he should come down the order and wrap up the innings. But don't tell that he was not told to come down. He didn't want to and all he wants is 50's. 100 or more than that bonus..

Mr.Classis, I too was not a great fan of Tendulya since 2009. From 2009, his contribution of winning has definitely gone up & he is best only in the last 3 years.
in batting its sachin/viru or some other. in fielding kohli/raina. in bowling just zaheer and now you want someone to take care of talking to media for the foolish decisions he is been taking. why is he there in the team? its he last worldcup and next 1 year he is a gonner from tests and ODIs. anyways IPL (CSK) is paying good so why worry.

If he takes the credits of being most successful captain, he has to take blame for his decisions as well. Also he is not only blamed for his players not playing well, but also for him playing follishly with the tail enders. Further people are questioning his cpatainship decisions on including Chawla or giving last over to Nehra. A captain has a lot of role in cricket hence he has to take the blame.

When Dhoni comes on 2nd down the team will be sound. My choice team is sehag,sachin,Gambhir,Dhoni,Yuvraj, Raina,phatan,harbhajan,Zaheer,Aswini,Munaf. When Dhoni will come after 2nd down the confidence of team will increase. We are expecting more from him but he is cominig after 6 or 7th down. Vey sad for india team. As a captain he has the responsibility to speed up the run rate.
If not, the india may not win the WC . if possible, then only due to its luck . Another thing is that don't play for gallery, play for the team.

the team is there only because there is a gallery. in today's tough competition only that team will win which has the capacity to clear the ground, play for the gallery. it was one of the most irresponsible part from the indian captain to have made such statements. Dhoni must think what has been his contribution to the team in this WC.
