what do you mean if needed? you mean it is not needed... They will do only win situation is worst. One should be proactive to be successful....one should not decide when forced against the wall, but before that.

but does he(dhoni) misses team meetings munaf went to watch a movie when he was called for team meeting that is wrong
Biggest problem is..Indians judge people based on their bank balance or media hype...not on merits/skills. Dhobi's survival despite being mediocre is the result of such mind-set
Indian being one of the country with largest population of youngs...but their love for mediocrity will never allow to be a developed nation....what as shame and pity!!!

Thanks for the appreciation. There are many our there including yourself in the list. It is just that Sachin abusing has become a kind of fashion or self-gratifying obsession.
Why has Munaf reduced his pace ? During his debut he was consistently bowling @140 plus with an equivalent control over line and lenght. I bet he will be a force to reckon with if he generates the same pace as earlier.

when any bowler debuts he can generate more pace as he is new but as the bowler plays in different wickets throughout the world the pace reduces and when the bowler tries increase his pace he gets injured since many teams play cricket throughout the year and if the main bowler gets injured the team starts loosing matches so now a days the team management asks the bowlers to reduce the pace
