Since WC is happening in India, India's all matches are at favorite grounds on Super flat pitches where a score of 350 can easily be scored, and most importantly - all sponsors are consumer companies doing business in India and Indian cricket team endorses their products, there is no question of India losing a match till the final before sponsors get their money back with huge profits.
As expected India will win this match very easily, if they play first, Irish bowlers should expect a brutal massacre at the hands of Sehwag, Tendulkar, Dhoni, Yuvraj and Gambhir.
I sincerely pray that team India gets a drub so that this cricket mania fades out. Lot of precious time and valuable resources are wasted for this foolish game and to see these idiots play the game many students are spoiling their valuable studies

I wouldnt disagree with you. Cricket is no sport. Its being used as an emotional tool, as a false national pride ( for underachievers) and to Market goods that have lesser value ( Coke n stuff). Hard to disagree.
to win WC2011 is to 1.Keep Praising Sachin.TRy to make a separate book for his records and Separate Sachinpedia. 2.Keep Bhajji as the main bowler.He is taking somany wickets..He has to be in line for next record as the only main bowler who has been taking wickets .HArbhajan is the best spinner in the whole world . 3.Keep calling Dhoni bad names and blame him even our bowlers Harbhajan dont even take a wicket.
ireland is supported by eng for test status. pak were beaten by bangla in 1999 wc(?) to promote their (kumbh ke mele me bichhade) brother bangladesh to b given test status. perfect climax. eng r beaten by ireland their brothers (apart from other brother scotland), forming part of great britain. must b a deal to invite ireland for icc intnl test/odi status. y cant there b board level fixing?

I think the best strategy for India is to chase totals rather than set them. If you dont have a good bowling and fielding side your best bet is to chase so that you know what is expected of your super star batting line up. If you set a total you dont know what is a good score because your bowling and fielding can let you down.
