Ahright, am surprised nobody brought this one up. If India didn't lose the last wicket by run out (apart from getting that extra run), wouldn't England be reduced a couple of overs in their chase because of slow over rate? A big chance there was let of by stupidity (or not?) of Zaheer and Munaf

or may be I'm wrong. Here's what the ICC rule 12.4.1 b) says if the team fielding first fails to bowl the required number of overs by the scheduled time for cessation of the first innings, play shall continue until the required number of overs has been bowled. the interval shall be reduced to enable the second innings to commence at the scheduled time, subject to there being a minimum interval of 20 minutes. the team batting second shall receive its full quota of 50 overs irrespective of the number of overs it bowled in the scheduled time for the cessation of the first innings.

Over confident indian cricketers got a nice tight slap under ther ear for overconfident of thinking 338 is enough to beat England because of the previous record against England,with this bowling Indian cant even make it the semi final, Just wake up before it is to late Cricketers.
Bowling 49th over of the match with Piyush Chawla, who flights the ball rather than skidding caused the match for the Indians.
Flighting the ball in the slog overs?? What can be expected. Take the eg.of Yardy, who is just a part time spinner, but he didnt allow the Indian Batsman to go after him or slog him since we bowled skidding deliveries rather than flighting them.
Yuvi or Yusuf had been the better option. Is Dhoni going out of minds now'er days????

True cricket pundits had said that Dhoni made a correct decision. Its always better to gor for speclialists than part timers. Only we (the so-called pundits) blame Dhoni.
