He spoiled Irfan's career by promoting him as batsmen.

Irfan is a genuine allrounder but BCCI guys are deaf so they're not gonna pay any heed to his shout.

Yes,I truly believe so. Irfan too has this self belief,I guess. Armed with this self belief, plenty of introspection and focussed hard work & determination,Irfan, you can do it!!Just go ahead and take on the world.Best of luck !!! Let the hattrick against Pak keep constantly running in your mind.

When he visited Australia last with the Indian team Irfan used to bowl consistently at speeds of 135-140 kph. These days it has dropped to between 125-135.Unless the wicket is helping him, he finds it difficult to get batsmen out.
Zaheer can crank up his speed to 145kph when needed. Besides his control and variety is such that even he bowls at lesser speeds he cannot be dominated.Pathan needs to work on his speed.Even if he has rediscovered his rhythm it won't get him wickets on flat pitches!Maybe his grip and delivery style need to change to impart more momentum to the ball.Maybe he needs to discuss these with an aerodynamic specialist!
He could also spend more time with Zaheer and learn the "tricks of trade".It is sad that a talented youngster has gone off the rails due to wrong advices given earlier!

Sreesanth generally goes 10-50-2 in ODI and at least 2-3 wickets in an innings.

Irfan bowls like 4-40-0 and test is like no wickets with 6 runrate.
