Do not dream of 140 kmph plus bowlers in our country. Our climate, diet and general physique does not allow it. Mostly our diet is vegetarian or semi vegetarian. To be a consistent 140 kmph plus pacer you need to be a consistent beef eater. That is the only food that will give you that much strength. Even having mutton, pork, fish and eggs will not be enough. Being mostly Hindus we can not have beef. In most states beef is banned. So even the Muslims and Christians can not have beef. So be glad with what we have. Pacers who bowl at 120 kmph plus and occassionally go over 130 kmph.

ONCE AN ARROGANT ALWAYS ARROGANT

Don't talk much Mr. Pathan, I had liked your bowling in your starting career. But you have lost your rhythm tremendously. I don't where that Pathan has lost. If you get 140 kmph speed & swing the ball like Akram, it will be great for India and as well as for you. So show your skills on pitch for that purpose you should go and play some county cricket like Zaheer had player of his troubled career.

Irfan is the best bowler in the Indian team. it is not necessary to deliver the boll in the speed of 140 km per hr.Irfan has the ability to change the game in any time. He is agood bats man and a good fielder.Irfan know how to swim the boll out or inn swim. when he deliver the boll he try his best. i always miss him in any one day match.there were no compersion with him.

India needs the genuine all rounder like him since long .He started his career on a promising note & was awarded ICC emerging player. Later on, he lost his pace & during Greg Chappell , he was elavated in the batting order which spoiled his bowling. As of now, his bowling may be average but he can add value to the team by his batting at no. 7 position. At present , we don't have a reliable batsman at no. 7.He can be utility player. If team India persists with him, he can again become a strike bowler. After Kapil Dev, India didn't get any genuine all rounder & at present Irfan is only one whom I see as a genuine all rounder. The was he started his career on a promising note, he was shaping like Wasim Akram of Indian team.
Infact his game is better than his brother Yusuf.
I feel very sad for him. I request selectors to consider him.

We dont need an all-rounder in Irfan. The moment we say allrounder, guys like Irafan sneak in with a 120 kph bowling and ability to score some 30-40 runs. We need a genuine pacer at 140 kph who will cement his place in the team by virtue of his bowling only. Pity Bhajji is also hiding under his socalled batting ability. Let us be clear guys(selectors) !
