Dhoni was responsible more than vijay for loss in 2008 & 2010 T-20 wcup.
He batted slowly to maintain his avg. India lost all 3 matches of 2008 T-20 because of slow batting of dhoni.
After playing 26 international T-20 matches, dhoni has not scored a single fifty, no match winning inning & no MOM till now (though he is free to choose wherever he wants to bat). In fact his slow inning caused many losses for india in t-20 intnl.
All uthapa/patel/kartik etc are better choice than dhoni in T-20 intnl.
Dhoni should be allowed to play only on subcontiment pitches & agsint weak team

dhoni was responsible more than anybody else in winning the first T20 WC. He batted with the strike rate of 140 runs and single handedly won the T20 games against SA and Australia because of which we were able to win the first T20 WC....

Balant lie.
Please provide dhoni score against Aus & SA in 2007 Wcup.
It was batting of gambhir, sehwag, yuvi & rohit shrama which won the matches.
Against australia rohit sharma scored 50 not out.
Dhoni overall strike rate is 102 in T-20 intl. Go & check the facts. Dhoni strike rate in t-20 is lowest among all top international players.
Also no one can trust vaidya data now as he lies balantly with lot of confidence.Real quality like any political person

in first T20 WC, against SA in SA at Durban dhoni made 45 runs off 33 balls strike rate 136.36. SA bowlers were Shaun Pollock, Ntini, Morkel brothers (Albie and Morne)

Against Aus in SA Durban, dhoni made 36 runs off 18 balls strike rate 200. Aus bowling attack Brett Lee, Johnson, Bracken, Stuart Clark

These knocks sealed the games for us against some of the strongest sides of the tournament,,,

This is 10th test of murali vijay record in tests
At the end of this innings his record in tests is
10 tests 15 innings 545 runs highest 139 notout -0 average 36.33 100s-1 50s-2

At the same point of sachin career sachin record was-
10 tests 15 innings 577 runs highest 119* notout-1 average 41.21 100s-1 50s-4

Murali Vijay-Another sachin in the making?

super hero sachin did not score a century to save a match against eng in eng. it was a 50 plus score only. and that match was not saved because of sachin. it was saved by manoj prabhakar who made more than 50 runs and remained not out. do you know what that meant at that time. it was players like manoj prabhakar who made that unbeaten 50 and played till the end as well as captain azharuddin who made 177 runs in the 1st innings while chasing england first innings score of more than 500 runs who were important for india...

Harbhajan given no credit for his magnificent knock.Harbhajan is never given any credit no matter how well he plays. But critics are quick to pull him down if he does not get a wicket in a match or two.
Harbhajan is a tragic hero of the Indian cricket team. He deserved to be the captain in place of Raina in ODIs , but again he was discriminated against.

i agree with you rkdmumbai. everybody is running after ipl money. the person most guilty is sachin. he claims national duty is more important to him than money. therefore he plays in ipl to earn enough money to buy another palace. 39 crore palace in mumbai is not enough for him.

sehwag gambhir is injured so they dont play. yuvraj ill so he does not play.

sachin not injured, sachin not ill, sachin does not run after money, sachin is true patriot.

so he after ipl he takes holiday with his wife and children and refuses to go to WI...

Harvajan's spectacular performance in JAMAICA TEST AS BATSMAN in not a fluke. Being a world class renowned off spin bowler he served the country not only with his deadly bowling, but also, he performed as a most sincere, technically great batsman and made even two centuries one in test and other in one dayer and scored big scores many times to help Indian cricket team to be on a vert safe side. His performances as batsman is really amazing.
He has the courage, experienced, temperament to remain cool at the time crucial situation either as a bowler or as a batsman. Therefore, I should be happy to see him as the Indian cricket captain in place of the DHONI DHAMAKA who has lost his form as a wicket keeper and also a batsman. Selectors please think seriously.

Notable achievements of Indian cricket that come to my mind till now
1983 world cup, 1985 Bensen & hedgeg cup, Titan cup,Hero cup, 96 SF,Sharjah cup,
Natwest trophy, 2003 Finals,T20 World cup,CB Series,No1 Test status.
Except for No1 status, most countries have similar achievements.

But then we have 'SACHIN'.The best bastman ever(Only Bradman can contest).
Most of his records will stay alive forever(If you are cricket fanatic,
then u will know that most of them are impossible to break).A poll in
australia twice this decade said Sachin is the current best player.Ponting
was no-where near in those polls. Current and ex-crickets, commenattors,
coaches, umpires and everyone alround the world praise him as the best.
That makes me an Indian proud. He is like Dhanychand of Cricket.
He is like a Schumacher ,a Pele, a federer, a Tiger woods.
50 years from now, Indian cricket might become like our Hockey.
Usa, Canada,Ireland,Afghanisthan might be top 4 teams.Your Grand children
might not follow cricket, but they sure will be surprised and happy to hear
that the best player, holder or most runs, centuries is an INDIAN.
He is a phenomenon that happend once in a life time.
I cherish a century from Sachin more than an Indian victory.
This is the reason why.
u should know that out of his 50 centuries, 20 centuries helped in winnig the games and 20 centuries helped in draw and 10 CENTURIES HELPED INDIA TO LOSE THE GAME BY BIG MARGIN.
If you jst want to go
