He is technically sound player. We should not forget his contribution in last years India's win in test matches..I recommend him best technical player after Sachin, Dravid, Virat and Laxman...!... Better than Viru and Gauti..!

He can play only at Chennai. You will find both Vijay and Mukund returning to the pavilion in the first 3 overs

For all papi of India Sachin achievement Notable achievements that come to my mind till now 1983 world cup, 1985 Bensen & hedgeg cup, Titan cup,Hero cup, 96 SF,Sharjah cup, Natwest trophy, 2003 Finals,T20 World cup,CB Series,No1 Test status. Except for No1 status, most countries have similar achievements.
But then we have 'SACHIN'.The best bastman ever(Only Bradman can contest). Most of his records will stay alive forever(If you are cricket fanatic, then u will know that most of them are impossible to break).A poll in australia twice this decade said Sachin is the current best player.Ponting was no-where near in those polls. Current and ex-crickets, commenattors, coaches,umpires and everyone alround the world praise him as the best. That makes me an Indian proud.He is like Dhanychand of Cricket. He is like a Schumacher ,a Pele, a federer, a Tiger woods. 50 years from now, Indian cricket might become like our Hockey. Usa, Canada,Ireland,Afghanisthan might be top 4 teams.Your Grand children might not follow cricket, but they sure will be surprised and happy to hear that the best player, holder or most runs,centuries is an INDIAN. He is a phenomenon that happend once in a life time. I cherish a century from Sachin more than an Indian victory. This is the reason why. u should know that out of his 50 centuries, 20 centuries helped in winnig the games and 20 centuries helped in draw and 10 CENTURIES HELPED INDIA TO LOSE THE GAME BY BIG MARGIN.

ashish..first get ur facts right..sachin may be a great player. But if ur listing 83, and 85 as his achievements, then either ur a die hard blind fan or i doubt ur credentials. He was hardly a 10 yr old when India won the 83 and 85 cups. Dont post something just for the sake of proving u r a blind fan.

U didn't get me rajesh. I told notable achievement for Indian cricket. What I wanted to say that only 8 country plays cricket & over period of 50 yrs most of team will have similar achievement but individual brilliance like bradman, sachin can never be forgoten
Flop odi and test player raina as captain for odi team .csk lobbey is growing in team..raina fit for IPL only..except 1 knock in world cup he is flop in international matches..still getting chance in test team.

No boss; Raina has led the one day to 3-2; very tough in WI series; I think no one has done like this before; I hope he should continue to lead both Test & One day...& Dhoni can lead the 20-20

Remember his classy 35 Vs Aus in Quaters helped india..otherwise who has the capacity like Raina...the answer is no one...He should lead India in future- He will become Indias Sachin & Shewag

even uthappa can score those 30-40 but he never got chance like raina at no 6...raina is mohammad kaif of indian team

Don't compare Raina with Uthappa & Kaif; Raina only does when it matters; do you think sachin, shewag have done anything like this before in Main matches..NO answer

Both raina & dhobiji are useless player & fit for IPL. In India at least 11 players better than raina/dhoni but will nver get chance But if there is no choice, certainly raina is better than dhobiji
