IF UDRS is accepted it will be difficult to fix matches and bribe umpires to get the results India / BCCCI wants , they are asking for Snickometer Hotspot monitoring etc because they know its going to take a long time for these technologies to be established at all venues. ICC MUST ensure UDRS is implemented to stop match fixing.

For your info, UDRS was there in the England-Pakistan series of 2010. However, in the same series three Pakistani cricketers were suspended for spot fixing.
