Rahul Dravid along with Ganguly has always been my favourite cricketers. Both cricketers i feel did not get the same level of respect as Tendulker or Dhoni. Rahul has won so many matches for India. I still remember that 200 odd runs he scored against Australia and helped India win the match. I hope the media stops asking Dravid to retire, because the decision should be left up to him. He deserves it.
Gavaskar & Dravid are 2 of the Greatest Players ever. But the current Record for Test centuries is 51 hundreds by Tendulkar. Gavaskar no longer holds any record for anyone to break. Same thing was true when Sachin scored his 30th century to go past Bradman (29) and all media was saying "Sachin breaks Bradman's Record" But then the record was 34 tons held by Gavaskar. "RECORD" word is only credited to highest scoring person. Else Bradman, Sobers, Richards and Sachin (1 match only) didnot play T20 cricket. So even any Tail ender scores anything in T20, he will break "THEIR T20 RECORDS". Yesterday Dravid scores 34th Century and heartiest congrats to him. Very Well Played. Thats it.
