sachin is not playing an individual sport. he has to jell in the team and not be aloof. the other rookie cricketers are in awe and afraid of him. once you are representing the country there is no first among equals since each player contributes equally. why did not sachin play the twenty20 world cup in the windies but played ipl cricket. he has set an example of being a very double standards man.
