I am amazed at the way many people analyze this great cricketer . For one more than sixty percent of the times he was dismissed - he gifted his wicket rather than some great ball being bowled . Today he has a number of players who can do the job even in the absence of Shewag .Laxman ,Dravid , to some extent on Raina or Gambhir . Think of Harbhajan for batting also . Yes MSD is omited as we donot think he will score any - he played his best on world cup final . Also remember it is five day game and Tendulkar is unlikely to take risks ,he will live through the initial phase - if some one has nalysed his game even in one dayers he plays slow at the start before he unleashes his full strokes . So write any number of theories and strategies - he will find a way to prove every one wrong with his bat.

If India play reasonably well, and not too well, they can easily manage to lose the series 0-4. We simply cannot bowl out this English line up twice in 5 days. We can but manage a draw with the help from some rain, if we play at 90% of our potential. On current form, this is the likely outcome. Swing, Seam and bounce are alright, but we are going to be surprised by the number of wickets taken by Graemme Swan at the end of the series. He is an orthodox bowler who keeps his arm straight as a foot-rule while bowling, and does not bowl Doosras, as opposed to our own Harbhajan Singh, who tries to bowl Doosras and Teesras every other ball, but has forgotten how to turn an off-break.

Hey people, It is only the hype is going to be created to make interest in the series. It will be actually a boring series with India will win by 4-0.

I recall something similar being said when we went to South Africa earlier this year......We all know what happened there.Stop unestimating this Indian team.

The problem with bhajji isn't that his off break isn't breaking but that it has no loop. As a result it's either too short or too full. Off break needs to be wedded with a good loop to draw batsmen into driving thru mid off or cover. Bhajji on the other hand prefers to attach leg stump which is a mistake.

Bowling is never been our strength. Infect, they even struggle at times to control on seamer friendly wicket. Our bowlers take time to adjust but one has to agree that at times beyond anybody’s expecteation they come up with some thing exceptional. They perform better in helpful conditions. As for Bhajji, he is so reluctant to bowl his doosaras after he got warned. I don’t recall if he bowled that many doosras against WI. If we are to win this series then our betting have to be at its best. Guys like Gautam, Sachin, Dravid have to provide solid back up for Raina and Laxman to capitalize and give our bowlers to work on.
