You are just another North Indian suffering from inferiority complex. No one region is preferred over the other. Its about the individual and whether they are performing well or not.

Yuvraj Singh, Raina, Kohli are useless in bouncy and swinging conditions as they have no technique and temperament. They are flat track bullies who get to score in flat tracks in India and just show off. India still needs the likes of Laxman and Dravid to play in South Africa, Australia and England and in tests in general.

Maybe you havent been watching the current ODI series in South Africa. Yuvraj and Raina are useless in bouncy conditions. Yusuf Pathan and others, the less said the better. But I agree that in World Cup which will be played on batting friendly flat tracks, they are good.
Hello Dhoni! It's good to back a youngster and boosting his morale by justifying his place in the side before a big event. But I don't think he will get a single chance in world cup. P.Ojha/S.Sreesanth was better choice than Piyush. Well, 14 players selection is bang on so his selection will not effect the team performance.
