Looking up the cricket archives to find if there has been a similar series where India lost 3 matches by innings margins. Then they can put it up here and chatter irrelevently.

Test, and one day cricket are tow entirely different things.I dont thin Aussies will perform as poorly in one dayers. They're not favorites to win the World Cup,that's a different matter...but then how many times have the favorites actually gone ahead and won?

@Against Psuedo

This time I do agree with u this time, but I think Aus was fav to win WC since 1996 and they alway lived upto expection 3 out of 4 times in last 15 yrs

1996 SL -AUS
1999 pak - AUS
2003 IND -AUS
2007 SL - AUS

talking bout fav this time India and England are really looks good, never mind I m not considering RSA coz they are no. 1 choker in big tournments

and if u beleive in astro this time it will PaK

1996 SL -AUS
1999 pak - AUS
2003 IND -AUS
2007 SL - AUS
2011 pak -AUS (TBD)
2015 ind -AUS (TBD)

Sad there isn't an 'innings defeat' possibility in one dayers though.Or Ricky's men might have plunged that depth too.

Aussies are finished!
by Against Psuedos on Jan 07, 2011 11:55 AM

3 innings defeats in 5 tests.WOW!An emphatic win if there ever was one.And nobody's shedding tears for Ricky Ponting and his buncha sourpuss'.Cry me a river Ricky. You forgot the edict-'Be good to people on your way up cos they're the same people you're gonna meet on your way down'.Hope your not surprised your own people are baying for your blood now. It's just sad that your finger prevented you from being a part of the massacre at Sydney.I see you have a bunch of groupies employed 24/7 to defend your guys on Rediff, but it's just fun rubbing it in.Now wait for the groupie to bring India into the picture.JUst yday he was crying hoarse that I was bringin irrelevent things into the mix,but a look at the posts here show he's been busy since morning doing the very same.Aussie rules dont apply to Aussies I guess.

Actually the downfall started much earlier, when Rickety Ponting & CO lost their series in India and also their heads during the current Ashes series.
Yes, they are very bad losers.

FEELS SORRY FOR THE AUSSIES...
by Junior Shelly on Jan 07, 2011 11:40 AM  | Hide replies

Feels really bad when a team with such great legacy turns into such a mess. Apat from the great WI teams of 1970s and 1980s, no other team has dominated in all departments - batting, bowling and fielding - in all forms of the game. In addition to that, even in wicket keeping, the Aussies were the best with Healy and Gilchrist.
The WI bowling was very effective, yet one-dimensional with 4 quicks always. But the Aussie bowling had the same effectiveness yet versatile with the blend of fiery quicks like McGrath, Lee and Gillespie, crafty medium pacers like Fleming and Kasprowicz and fantastic spinners like Shane Warne and McGill. Not to mention their batsmen.
Hope that the Aussies won't take the same road as the WI, and would plough back to greatness once more, because cricket would'nt be the same again without a very good Australian team, as the others are a kind of boring.

There is a wide difference between WI and Aus in terms of cricket...
WI have mainly suffered becoz different players from different countries came as unit to play cricket only..the differences are political, economical and all...money is a biig problem with WI as well
these are not with CA as their domestic structure is better..now they are going down but this doesn't mean they would go like WI way
