It is clear that the slogan itself say the Indian Team- GO INDIA GO- go out from the tournament. Last world cup slogan called back the team to India- "Come on India,Come on" no hesitation the team obliged the request and returned.

Well said sir, I totally agree with your comment. Indian cricket/BCCI is only thinking of making money and not playing like the australians do, Australia will be the champion this time also.
quarter finalists - ind sa eng aus pak nz wi lanka. all r sure. only thing is afterwards, its all knockout of one bad performance. bangla cud hv easily bettered the current worst nz team but they r in different group. so nz vl sail thru.

I dont know man,but I am nervous for India also, after all its hard to forget 2007 world cup,,,ouch,,,
I have always felt that when western media potrays asia(india) full of filth. Always shows slums crowded streets basically showing india is all filth and nothing... even if the news is not related..Same was the case when CNN aired cricket world cup opening ceremony here in Africa...they just showed the ceremony as it was attened by local politicians and captians came on cycle rickshaw thats it. No mention of firework no bryan adams no other performances were mentioned. Basically giving the idea to the viewer that it was so so. Only when i logged on to rediff i realised that basically ceremony was good and Bangladesh has taken a step forward. Good to hear dat

Shame on us ! Shame on Congress ! Shame on Kalmadi ! A small country like Bangladesh could do such a spectacular opening ceremony and our corrupted congress and its stooge Kalmadi did so much of corruption for CWG ! Above all he is not arrested till now ! hehehehehehe

Why arrest,to put them in 5 star jail or lodging and boarding with police escorts again?
only 8 countries have any semblance of cricket skill and they call this stunt a world cup! ridiculous in a world of over 150 countries; betting and immoral deals is all that is taking place and the unemployed gonks go to see this circus and contribute so that a handful of persons can make billions; what an international waste of resource and time.
Given the limited resources Bangladesh had compared to India[commonwealth ceremony with so much money at their disposal], Bangladeshis did a remarkable job. Bangladeshis tried to prove that apart from funding what such events need is a big heart, strong will and determination, and immense pride for the nation [not just lip service] and , which they proved today. Bangladesh ranks highly in the most corrupt index but they did'nt let this get in the way, Well done Bangladesh.
