Pathan's confidence bores well for India but he has to guard against over confidence as it could be his downfall! 50-50 ODIs need some restrictive bowlers and Pragyan Ojha is one of them. He has proved time and again that he cannot be taken lightly and tonked out of the ground due to his nagging accuracy.Chawla may be a better bat but being a leggie he cannot be relied upon to keep things tight.Leg spinners by nature are aggressive.wicket taking bowlers and often give runs away to tempt batsmen to their doom. Warne was an exception in terms of economy because he was so accurate. Chawla doesn't have the same degree of control and is likely to give away runs when he plays against better teams.

;-)... are we responsible for your grandpa's defects? ;-)

Maybe its genetic and we're seeing the result of the heredity you've acquired... :)

Every one has a grandpa.... But a few have "defective" ones, and even fewer type the fact on a public message board as you have clearly admitted above...

;-)... Let me try to do a Tendu Jhooth on you... and read your message in the style you read others' messages.. then my reply would be:

"Azhar is certainly not the most destructive batsman. I would not have said this without provocation, but I am replying since you asked me a direct question"... :)

Not that you can write any better either... :)

Yusuf too has begun talking......
Why can't these new guys take a leaf out of Sachin Tendulkar's book and learn to be humble and let the bat/ball do the talking..???!!!
Cricket is a funny game and all is well when you are doing well. But when it hits back, it hits you where it hurts the most.

Totally Agree. Look what happened to Ishant Sharma, how arrogant he was when a famous cricketer (dont remember his name) asked him to increase his muscle mass and strength.

aah... who said simply talking gibberish would make a man!
this idiot has scored less than 1000 runs still, and he is talking as if he is a world beater...
time should prove he is worth the adulation...and not just 1 series or 1 year...

Tendu Jhooth:

Well said... but people like you will still keep cribbing about it as to WHY that confidence in own ability exists... you normally keep telling us that that confidence should exist only for 4 years, 7 months and 13 days and NEVER beyond that.... isn't it? :)

Did Robin Singh win a match for India?? I hardly remember any.. Robin and Jadeja were the only options available to play.. How terrible was the team and selection..

Robin won a match for India at Sri Lanka. Those were his early days.

But that was not the only one, he was an all rounder. Excellent fielder , good batsmen at no. 7 .. and I cannot forget his 6 wicket haul in England world cup, in which Ganguly scored above 175 Runs .. It was against SriLanka again.
