Margam, what u r speaking iscrap..... I am sure YOU wud not need a software like that when you can bribe the officials and get a rear-door entry to the team. If Kumble needed to be rich, he could play some politics and get the system implemented. He understood that BCCI Mafia will never allow anything to be done without dirty politics. So, he quit...... When u are leading an association and when u give 10 presentations, if no one even bothers about it, I dont think anyone (including you & me) would be so shameless to stay, l1ck someone's ba115 and get ur work done. He was a gentleman, he is a gentleman and he will always be a gentleman. And you will happily support BCCI even when you know its real status!!
He proposed a software project, "Injury Management System" through his company. And the proposal was for 15 crore. No one is a fool to approve such a project at such a cost. He resigned to protest against this decision.

so sachin's birthday is important? six sixer yuvi's birthday isn't right? under 19/T20/50/50 world cup winning team member birthday is not important? what a biased basssturd you are!!
Wish you many more happy returns of the day, Happy Birthday Yuvi
In these kind of positions, u need to shed your sensibilities and sensitivities to survive, which is why it suits politicians. Nobody is really keen abt game's development. if u have any such ambition, u can do it with your own organisations and not thru such public bodies
Cricket is said to be a gentleman game but BCCI mentalmen have made it corporate business game. It looks for money and resources from where it can make money. It was never under the control of Government not it respects National policies for sports. when this is the situation how can it hear voice of honest members in the board like Kumble. He has done a good job by keeping away from these people..good decision

Hi man I meant BCCI is meant for politicians and non cricketers for management not for Cricketing people!!!!
Refusing to be a rubber stamp is itself manly and a call for battle. We do not have many men like him in today's India. BCCI or any other forum which deals in hundreds of crores cannot have the luxury of accommodating honest guys like Kumble. Wherever money is only corrupt leads, no matter even if slapped every day
Just by resigning, he has not done service to Indian cricket. Everyone knows about politics and vested interests and even Kumble should have known when he accepted the position. What did he expect? That everyone will listen only to his vision and go for it? By staying on and fighting the system, he could have at least tried to make a difference. In the end, he turned out to be immature and not worth that chair he was given. Shame on you Mr Kumble.

very well said. Criticise Kumble for refusing to be a part of non-sense. He clearly says that he did not want to be a rubber stamp. I'm sure your regional bigotry is so strong that you have not even read the article properly . And you would have criticised Kumble if he had stayed on.
