Just by resigning, he has not done service to Indian cricket. Everyone knows about politics and vested interests and even Kumble should have known when he accepted the position. What did he expect? That everyone will listen only to his vision and go for it? By staying on and fighting the system, he could have at least tried to make a difference. In the end, he turned out to be immature and not worth that chair he was given. Shame on you Mr Kumble.

very well said. Criticise Kumble for refusing to be a part of non-sense. He clearly says that he did not want to be a rubber stamp. I'm sure your regional bigotry is so strong that you have not even read the article properly . And you would have criticised Kumble if he had stayed on.
this man is very selfish. he wants to promote those useless ktaka bowlers vinay and mithun. he put pressure on our idol srikant using his position by forcing him to inclode them. all thase records made by him were by luck not by talent. now he is scared that our own very talented Ashwin will break all his records. as for Ashwin he has made us proud by winning man of the match in the very test he played. I hope vinay and mithun will be thrashed by aussies and ashwin gets all the wickets. also the so called wall should be kicked out and badrinath should be included

Shows your narrow mind and regional interest rather it would be useful if you comment on adamant BCCI policies and babus sitting there in chair..

We have seen Srikanths students Murali Vijay, Abhinav Mukund and Badri. First see their cricketing statistics when they got a chance and you will find y they are not in national squad. Ashwin has done a great job and has a potential to take wickets and he is getting rewards for his talent no doubt about it. You rather criticize BCCI for their policies..be a good critic of game rather than giving importance for regional selections may be Karnataka or Tamilnadu or any other state

Are you really serious. It looks like you are here just to comment on regionalism. You have not followed the domestic game as well. Ashwin is 3 tests old, no one is worried about records as long as the national team wins. Check the Ranji cricket records for the last 2 years you will understand why Vinay and Mithun are selected. Stop being narrow minded.
Fellow Indians do not welcome any clean up.Last time when the no nonsense Tamil BCCI President Muthaiyah took charge Captain Mohamad Azharuddin lost his place in the Indian team. Now Srinivasn is the target for doing similar thing No wonder we have Mulayms Lallus Pawars Eddys,Gowdas
bcci is a mess and they want to grovel i nthat mess. the more messier it is, the more they can blame for mismanagement ironically, and the supposed plural culture and the other alibis. basically they do not want to run as a tight unit. you can see that every decision is a cat on the wall, last minute stuff, done precisely in the same way as the common wealth game. its designed for obscurity, urgency and dodging any fair play
Playing Cricket can be a game of Gentlemen but running this show is absolutely not. Wise of you to get rid of the so called Chairman with no respect for the chair..
Gundappa viswanath tried all possible karnataka players in National team. made us wonder as if no other region play cricket. Kumble failed to become another gundappa.
All involved in it are having priorities of their own. NOT COUNTRY repeat NOT COUNTRY. Such incidents are part of the business run by Politicians, Players.
