Bad selections
by ajith pl on Dec 11, 2011 02:55 AM  | Hide replies

Why Vinay and Mithum is taken for AUS? Are they such terrific bowlers who will reap the Aussie wickets? Better to have someone with experience and expertise like Irfan and Bhajji. Eventhough Bhajji is out of form, he always perform well against Aussies....

HI,
last one year what mr. bhajji has done to INDIA, showed only poor performance & you should encourge newcomers like vinay & mithun pls don't comment against them.

Aus TV Interview
by Just Curious on Dec 11, 2011 12:33 AM  | Hide replies

TV Interview Question:
Will Sachin score 100th century in Australia?
ACA Coach:
It's very unlikely
Q:Why..We have a very new bowling attack?
ACA:
In our academy even the rookie bowlers know how to bowl to Sachin because if you see our training videos or Analysis manuals in ACA, most are on Sachin and Lara because if you prepare your bowlers against them they can bowl against any batsmen in the world. Almost 55% of our videos are on Tendulkar.
He has the disadvantage of being most analysed player in the world. I am actually baffled how he can even score 10 runs after being under so much scrutiny.
But then, he is a genius and so improvises and comes with a new approach like in the Sydney test when our bowlers were on top of him on the previous tests, he was studying them during those times and came back strongly with a new approach on Sydney test. Then we had to update our Analysis accordingly after that.
Its been 20 years and I dont think he will have a new trick under his sleeve.

Last 22 years no bowler could ever tell whether he has mastered this genius ! Some bowlers might have got his wicket but yet cannot say authoritatively that he has mastered him ! Even the greatest fast bowlers clap him whenever he hits a four on their bowling instead of becoming angry !

you have to choose a field where u can be one of the best.

he is mediocre and has nothing resembling high quality to offer in internationals.

won't work out...the clueless selectors deserve to eb sacked for their monumental incompetence.

this kind of obvious errors are not forgivable.

Dont we have bowlers who can bowl at 140ks other than yadav and aaron. Vinay kumar is a very bad replacement for an express bowler like varun.

What is your problem with Ashwin, just the series cocluded , he was man of series. Do you want him to be dropped and Choose Hrbhajan , who is woefully out of form, not even in Ranji trophy he is able to take wicket? Youngsters have to be given chance to settle. How long will you play Harbhajan on his past performance that too in the distance past. You have to encourage youngsters to perform well.I think you are racially biased towards people from North India.

vinay kumar feels he is consistent may be but he is not a match winning bowler.Batsman do not bother about whether he is in team or not opposite team batsman are not scared of him then what is benefit to the indian team.I think irfan pathan has proved in past he was matchining bowler.in australia there is reverse swing is possible and i think irfan experience and his bowling may be useful for indian team instead of vinay kumar

Irfan used to bowl at 135-140 kms when he was selected for Indian side.Slowly at such a young age,his pace started decreasing to 110-120.The fame and money made these guys to ignore the game which has given them everything and took them out of poverty.Shame on such cricketers

fast bowlers no longer get dropped.... they get injured.... Sreesanth has a remarkable coincidence of getting injured as soon as batsmen start taking him to the cleaners.... Aaron seems to be a fast learner!
