Yes it can. India lost the 4 Test matches because of selecting injured players on tour.

Dhoni wants to play every match coz. if parthiv plays he will prove he is better in keeping and batting. English conditions are different from the flat pitches you find in India. Irfan and Yusuf won't work. Wasim Jafer would have been a better choice for replacing Gambhir as he has a solid technique and scored heavily in domestic cricket.

Dhoni will not take him in the team bcoz dhoni already have better play than jadega. But where is Yusuf, Irfan, Uthappa and Vijay. they play a lot better than jadega. they should be selected by out selections. But all in one, useless selection......

I agree, this guy Jadeja has got too many chances. Never clicked so far. I think he should now be put to rest and chances must be given to Vijay, Yusuf even some new faces. But certainly not Jadeja again.
