whatever respect one had for srikanth can be lost by this. gambhir should have been replaced by manish pandey or robin uthapa but the jokers choose jadeja. does he open innings ?
Time and again the selectors are proving to be world beaters in entertainment. Else, how can they replace Gambhir with Jadeja? Gambhir is a batsmen and his place can be taken by another batsmen like Manoj Tiwari, Ambati Rayudu, Shikhar Dhawan or some other player from the team that played in emerging tournament. If they have to get an allrounder, then we have Yusuf/Irfan and if a bowler is needed, then we have Nehra who is fit. Why only Jadeja, who has flopped n number of times? He seems to be another lucky guy on earth.

too much politics..players having fake injury to save their places and mediocore players like vijay and jadeja are their replacement..so that there places remains sure...this is happening since last 3 years
Gambhir is not batting well ever since the world cup. He knows he is not a good player on England pitches. This is the best way to hide. CT and MRI is ok. Neurologist says his neck and head has no problems. The ophthalmologist (eye specialist) has reported Gautam's eyes as perfectly normal. This is the best way to skip the tour when you are not in a good form. Gangulay did the same in Pakistan. Jadeja is selected in quota system. Good job Srikanth. An all-rounder is selected to replace an opener. The 22-year-old all-rounder has played 35 ODIs in all, making 535 runs at an average of 31.47. He has 29 wickets, one bat and two bolls under his belt.

The problem with India is that we have too many armchair cricketers like you. Gambhir has been around for quite sometime and has proved himself both in India and overseas. What he definitely does not need is a fitness or cricketing ability certificate from you. As regards Ganguly feigning injury in Pakistan, if you are talking of 2003-04, he not only came back during the series from injury but also won the test match and the series. So much for your silly and uncalled comments....

Srinivas-ullu...what business do you have equating this with Ganguly? Pls learn to read up as much as you can before commenting like a kid...BoseDeekay!
I have never seen such bad politics in selection ….. ! what is the problem with selectors with Irfan and Uthappa. BCCI, selection committee and Dhoni ignored such a good player and spoiled cricket with politics..
We cant belive its team India … Its team Dhoni’s 11 and bye for the matches we are abandon all the coming BCCI matches…. Its not India team…!!!

You are too late to realize this? We already abandoned the last Test series as well Lol…. Let Dhoni get another two more doctorate for how can be one from normal to abnormal in such quick time… they will study his brain moments as well to never ever produce such .......................
Its simply a drama by Gambhir, he wants to keep himself fit for upcoming champions league. I bet he will play in it without any complaint and then all of sudden he problem resurface at the time of England one day series.
