Now BCCI will send sacrificial lambs and screw their careers also A lot of them are in the waiting listRahane,Pujara,Tiwary,Uthappa, Rohit Sharma,Rayudu,Rao and a whole bunch of flat track experts Let us face it Other than Big three we do not have any expertse in batting or bowling in English conditions Let us encourage our youngsters to play in English Season which coincides with our moonsoon time
I think all other non performing players should follow Sehwag's back door exit policy, to save their own face.May be, whatever happens -happens for the good- all young aspiring players, now will have a ray of hope for their cricketing career.

Yes. Absolutely right. Should have asked Waseem Jaffer to join the squad as he is already playing in England.
These are the side effects of IPL. Look at the number of players who are injured / unfit. They play IPL despite these niggles and do not get time to recover it. BCCI must realise that IPL/Chamoion leagues might have given short time gain to them but in longer run, they are going to loose many good players or we will see the kind of performance which we are witnessing in current England Series..

these are the side effects of humiliating people intentionally. if you humiliate others, you will receive the same treatment very soon. time has come to recognize our mistake and apologise..
It is unfortunate to see a super talented batsman like Sehwag who can shake the confidence of any bowling attack being plaugued with injuries. With the list of injuries it sounds like he would be pretty much out of cricket for a while.. High time the useless BCCI and selectors start identifying talent keeping the future in mind else we are doomed.. their thought process just seems to be restricted to a series at a time..useless fellows

more over we have seen some kind of bhagwaan also going down like a slave....it is high time we start recognising the real God instead of taking fake gods who was never a god...our bhagwaan is still batting, i shall like to see if this so called god of india can save or what...if he is doomed too. we must think seriously about our reckless attitude of making bhagwaan and perishing...
that their regular opening pair of Sehwag and Gambhir was not there or not functional.
Worse, I have started getting serious doubts about the attitude, more than the talent and fitness of Gambhir. If one wants an explanation, it is difficult to give, but I would it attempt it somewhat like this:
Before the series, Gambhir had given an interview that the presence of Sehwag makes lot of difference to the team and to himself (Gambhir) since Sehwag scores briskly making life easier for his opening partner. If he really meant this, he should have emulated Sehwag when he was opening batting in the first test with rookie Abhinav Mukund. One saw that though both Gambhir and Mukund failed in the first test, Mukund did lot better by his own standards while Gambhir was a pale shadow of himself, inhibited and listless. How can a senior pro do this and how does he expect Mukund and the team to do well in such circumstances?
Of course all the debates about Gambhir's fitness and his decision to play in IPL for KKR risking the possibility of non availability for West Indies / England tour and even more important, giving wrong / false statements about this would not have been forgotten by the fans still.
In hindsight, India might have not done worse, if they had persisted with the opening pair of Mukund - Vijay who did duty in WI, for the England tour also. Or, perhaps, if Manish Pandey or Robin Uthappa was fit, one of them should have partnered Mukund.
