By the way what about our "Mother India" Sonia. Any news? Still in ICU or Holidaying in US with the Indian public money.
What is pride in winning or loosing a cricket match.Why we take this so seriosely? Why not play a game like a game and take victory or loss sportingly. Nobody comments on results when we play Hokey,Football,Vollyball etc.

Because there is a lot at stake and India is excelling in a game that is played by only a few countries in the world unlike soccer, where we are nowhere. The euphoria built around the game and money that is involved both directly and indirectly makes the game so important. And average Indian does not mind wasting a full day to see these matches. Certainly nobody would even like to talk of the national game Hockey compared to the game of cricket. And added is the fact that ICC and BCCI are more or less the same. SPARKNIM

if India loses the game there won't be any fixing charges..otherwise morons will claim the match is fixed...it is natural what gb has said..people might lose interest in test matches, esp in India as we have a huge following..it is just the feelings.dont speculate..we still have a powerful team (although a bit tired)...

Damm Cricket which does nothing for poor masses. Why care about Cricket when our own existence in India threated by growing price rise and Inflation on account of Corruption. Who the hell cares for Cricket. We thanks Dhoni brother who came on streets yesterday for support of Anna and he rightly said Dhoni is not Hero but Anna is a real Hero. When Sachin Tendulkar will show his Human Face or continue to be part of looting India ?

That means 100 years from now, Sachin will join Congress. Not sure if Congress will exist then.
