BCCI
by Dh on Aug 14, 2011 02:15 AM

BCCI must come forward and take the responsbility. This humilation is not acceptble. Player play cricket round the year, there is a limit on everything. Does BCCI really care if India lose or win? i dout.

That is OK. One series loss. English conditions are more suited to suited to English cricketers. We have done similar things to England in India.

Probably, our young heroes should come out of T20 mood and practice to perfect technically sound batting and bowling.

This is not ok, India played on good batting conditions. Come on man, one team scored 710 run and the other one could not cross that twise. They are people you who are in BCCI. Its ok for, doest not for them India lose or win...wow!

zaheer needs a kick as well
by vinay on Aug 14, 2011 12:34 AM  | Hide replies

zaheer needs a kick as well. he remains fit for ipl but always unfit or injured during national duties
same applies to viru. gambhir n sachin also.
n dhoni has no skill as batsman n worse keeper. n forget abt his captaincy. he was just lucky to ride on his luck.

dhoni needs to b kicked
by vinay on Aug 14, 2011 12:18 AM  | Hide replies

dhoni needs to b kicked
kapil won wc in 1983 but after defeat against wi he was removed from captaincy. if player with stature of kapil can b removed d_h_o_b_i is nobody against him.
bcci is trying to get scape goat for the loss. n has found one in coach fletcher coz thats easy way out as they cant 'touch' their most reputed players.

other reasons for loss.
more importance for ipl money minting by bcci n players.
ignoring injuries n playing for their sponsors.
players trying to b fit for ipl n remain unfit during national duties as they consider non-ipl period as their vacation.

england-india series
by Salemlakshmanan Sarvothaman on Aug 14, 2011 12:05 AM  | Hide replies

The better team in form in this series has won. we must also accept that to be always in first rank is next to impossible in this game of glorious uncertainities. I am afraid there are too much cricket played by our people day in day out in the form of world cup, next IPL with hell lot of matches and travel resulting in under fitness for many players. fitness is major once fitness of fullness is ensured then they can play better in test match of five days with full zeal, playing test match is different ball game comparing to 50 0vers odi and T20. when the whole world is accepting drs we should also accept implementation of the same our players also should utilise the review if they feel doubt in field umpire decision. Take the case of Rahul, he should have been in a position to review instead of blaming thir umpire. Let us accept defeat gracefully to better team of the day, and develop future cricketers to replace aging old stalwarts in phased manner. Till such time we will be having mixture of defeats and wins, but it will result in strong team for future.
