Multiple failures by BCCI
1. Promoting IPL at the cost of test cricket
2. Lenient attitude towards players injured in IPL. Eg: Sehwag waited till Delhi Daredevils were out of the iPL to go for shoulder surgery.
3. Giving choice to seniors to skip tours. Should not have been allowed unless due to injury.
4. Failure to monitor fitness of injured players in the off-season.
Team management failures
1. Not calling up RP Singh after 1st test itself. Current attack is one dimensional. All right hand bowlers.
2. Bringing sehwag in with 0 match practice against an in-form english attack. Could have gone for Wasim Jaffer. Atleast he would not have done any worse. Jaffer is currently playing in England.

"Sehwag's contribution to the 3rd test remains India's contribution to the arithmetic world - ZERO,"
let the england the superb englihman come to india and bit the dust ..in mumbai ..delhi ..nagpur rank turners ..and then lets see who is the real number one ..play against ..bhajji mishra and ashwin ..playing in ur den is different ..
nobody likes this ugly old fellow but all are appreciating what this fellow has done for india. must give him a standing ovation.
gora threaten to kill south asian in london if india wins a single match. british government sponsered roits. pawar agree to series loss from the hands of useless english team.
