Entire match it appeared to me Indians came like they are about
by Manish Kulkarni on Aug 02, 2011 01:22 AM

to get raped, the fear and complete resignation to fate was very clear, when you come to play with loser attitude you lose !, you can't be ranked #1, bogus ranking created by ICC to support India's fake wins..IPL trash cricket really exposed these clowns on bouncy, seaming pitches..then were taken to woods and slaughtered in one shot

what a shame...

Obviously England is a better and a complete team. Almost every Tom Dick harry and broad/bresnan and prior can beat up on the Indian bowling. England has a more complete team that does not depend on the top 5 batsmen alone. They have proved that cricket is a team sport.
India, on the other hard, is so dependant on the 3 old men and yet everyone is asking for their head. When these 3 players and Sehwag leave the cricket scene, we can only imagine India's performance (centuries as a team total will become rare). We can have a lucky draw to pick the final X1. My prediction is India will slip to 7 or 8 before the end of 2012. In a few years along wuth the minnows they will be fighting to change the qualification process of the wirld cup.

Dhoni - A shameless character , he would be great politician
by Manish Kulkarni on Aug 02, 2011 01:17 AM  | Hide replies

anyone who feels pain does not smile on conf calls, this guy never says anything that reflects his concerns, he is Mr cool or Mr Fool ?. He should be saying I need to spend more time on my batting than talking to media, walking on ramps, minting money on adds..how about playing some ballz ! because he has no technique to play test cricket, an IPL trash cricket king..

Dhoni is fluke, a mediocre players elevated to status as if he did all..what a joke !

Thats what I call Indian cricket team. They are complete fools. They were batting like cowards. Dont know what the hidden agendas are , but something is clearly wrong. Corruption all along even in cricket too. The other idi0t Dravid was saying Indian took right decision recalling Bell as how they would have felt if they were in the same situation. Does this mean they are loosing because they putting themseleves under England's shoes and feeling how bad it would be to loose in front of home crowds. Idi0ts

DRS
by RKN on Aug 02, 2011 01:10 AM

both KP and Prior got away with bad decisions, it would help India more if the DRS is available and I am not sure why BCCI is against using the technology and suffering from bad decisions. 95% accuracy is better than nothing, isnt it?

Bottom Line

India need to score big int he next two test. Put up around 600 runs, and I bet everything will fall back in order then.

The problem is this series is the batting. Once we piled on, the pressure will be on England and even our average bowling will look good then.

Also, Drop Bhajan singh and Bring back Mishra or the forth pace bowler..

I m an INdian and not indian cricket team fan..
by Google on Aug 02, 2011 01:09 AM  | Hide replies

I m an INdian and not indian cricket team fan..but seriously Kohli should have been in the team, he has some besic technique and footwork so tht he can atleast get in the line of the ball, which will give some chance of him survuving the kind of bowling england has displayed, tremendous decipline, look at the line and length, their swing and seam movement, absolutely dead on target most of the time, the only indian bowler who could match english bowling was sreesanth, preveen is too slow to make impact..besides everybody is hailing Dhoni as captain, but i think he is the most passive captain I have ever seen, he is the one who give 500 as target on last day to opponent, he is the one who set defensive field right from the first ball, he is the one who makes changes in the field on first boundry hit by batsman...

don't be so sure on kohli, he flopped against B-grade bowlers of West Indies on their slow pitches and he would surely have been scared by top class English pacers on their seaming tracks. Comparing sreesanth with English bowlers is outrageous, he gives only 50% i.e. performs only in one innings and contrbuted handomsely in Dhoni's plan to give 500. Dhoni's fault is forcibely playing injured players only because they are big names i.e. Zaheer in first match and even Harbhajan was injured in this match.

It's stupid to think Sehwag will do magic, will get out at ZER
by Manish Kulkarni on Aug 02, 2011 12:58 AM

mark this post
he is another flat pitch bully who thrives on hand-eye coordination , does not have technique to play swinging ball. He will be gone for duck in the first innings if he plays in the first over - Mark this post !

Indian media using Sehwag excuses as if he is a superman, he will be wiped out in the first over by the hurricane english bowlers who know the Indian lemmings are ready to jump over the cliff as soon as you lit a match under their ...you know what I mean !
