i don't understand why expect the IPL teams to have the base city players. this is a league cricket. there is Ranji Trophy, Duleep Trophy, Deodhar Trophy... and more for state/ zonal teams. it is alright for anyone to expect to see certain player in certain team, but complete unfair not to support the team if the player is not there. in KKR, there still are a couple of players from Bengal team. probably the number is less because the Bengal team is totally pathetic right now. there is no good player left except the ones who are already in IPL.

Example-1 : SRK is just using Kolkotta as name but no or hards any bengal player in it. Example-2 : Malya is using banlore name ; there is not bangalore player. Chennai, sahara , KingIX... ... etc... etc...
these bussiness people are fooling the people by using the city name !!! we people are fighting here in this forum...
1) Why is Yuvraj playing againist Punjab, does he not love his home state. 2) Why is dravid placing againist bangalore , does he not love his home state. 3) why Gambir is playing aganist Delhi, does he not love is home state ?? 3)Likewise lakshman.....and uttapa, ,,, etc.
these people are playing and earning , we fools are shouting and making noised and passing time
Do you know just 74000 British police controled whole india with 450 Million people... you know, it is same like buissness people of IPL, SRK; malya, Randave, sahara,,, Etc.

Its business my dear... Every one of them earning... some of the local players may not have dreamed of earning big bucks they are getting from the IPL...
To begine with they have taken names of the city... so is true for foot balls also... many club are using city name but is filled of international player..
At least with IPL our local talent will get opportunity to play with some international player...

Suppose 11 players are there in one team Just an example : RCB 4 foreign players, Rest other state players. but no bangalore players.... yes it is oppourtunutity for local boys to get recognised....
But being a bangalorian why should he support banglore ? when there is no bangalore player... just because bangalroe name is used by some bussiness men .... i will open one shop with bangalore name, can all buy in my shop... if every one does so then you are fit to leave in british rule still...

IPL is perfect platform for local talent to perform & shortcut to entry in Indian team--yes business man Shahrukh, Mallya etc gets revenue from it but you don't forget our domestic players also get benefited/recognised--Do you know who is Vallathy was or few years back do you know M.Vijay/Sourabh Tiwary/Vinay Kumar/R Satish/R Jadeja etc was--now it's very common name & they are well recognised--they are product of IPL

One question you must answer ? If you are supporting Kolkotta team you must answer why you are supporting it ?
How many Kolkotta players in playing 11 ? maximum 1 or 2 ? sometimes not even 1 player,
IF some bussiness men are doing bussiness for their fancies, why are you crying hell ?
Insted of KKR it should be SRK like wise bangalore team can be called as malyateam insteed of RCB, because there is not even one-bangalore player in playing-11 , ,,, he is just fooling the people by having the city name !!
