Yesterday My Boss wrote a letter to PM of India, that he has been doing his work sincerely and actively since 25 years. He never refused any work given by Officers.
Whether he is also eligible for Bharat Ratna like Sachin
Sachin is a good performer of the sport “Cricket”, with his talented batting from the young age he has attracted almost all the Indian Fans as well as fans from abroad irrespective of the nationality. Certainly a reward, more than “Bharath Rathna” which no Indian player deserve that much. His records in Number of (a) World Cup Played (b) No. of ODI / Test played (c) No. of Centurys (d) No. of Fiftys (e) Total Runs in ODI, Test Cricket & 20 / 20 etc., All these achievements were the credential to his long standing spot in the field of Indian Cricket. Let’s make a question of it, Is his recent personal achievements get transformed to Team success ? Not Then Y he is still in the team ? That is for the Sponsors credit to utilize his attained familiarity to a healthy monetary for BCCI and Sponsors. This is proven by his recent statement to still continue in the ODI’s. This is the right time for Sachin to decently keep off from International Cricket and involve himself in organizing Cricket Academy to train the needy poor players to come up to Internation Cricket squard. This will help in sprouting many more Sachin’s for the Team INDIA. Thus the name SACHIN will be in the history of Cricket forever. Positively hoping that Sachin should leave Indian team with the Prestige what he has at present and should not gave way for others to keep him off fro

"Is his recent personal achievements get transformed to Team success ? Not "
Let's see -
1. Test series victories against all Test playing nations.
2. 4 Test series victories against the most dominant side of his time, Australia.
3. Helped his team reach the #1 spot in ICC Test rankings and reign there for more than a year.
4. ODI series victories against all proper Test playing nations.
If Rajiv Gandhi & Indira Gandhi can be awarded the Bharat Ratna then there is no point on why the Bharat Ratna can not be given to Sachin Tendulkar. Atleast, he has done something on which whole country feel proud of.

So is Soccer or any other game for other countries. At least we play a game which is prominent across Europe, Australia and in APAC region.
Definately he deserves it! But do not forget other sports champions also which are totally becoming neglegible infront of England origin Cricket. Indian origin Hockey is one such example!

Pakistan is a terror country and everyone will seriously take it haha
As a cricketer, you know, if he doesn't get it, then I don't think there's anyone who'll get the Bharat Ratna ever," Dhoni had said on Wednesday. What Dhoni has said makes sense, if Tendulkar does not get, he (Dhoni) himself may not get at all. But, the real question is WHY government of India has not honoured people who have spent their lifetime for India's glory in different fields. Tendulkar is young, still playing (not retired). So, he can wait. There are at least a few others who are past their retirement age, who have received all other awards (including international recognitions of high order), but not considered for Bharat Ratna, may be due to politics. Govt always find it easier to give awards to sportsmen and cultural artists, rather than people who have contributed greatly to India's development (economic, agriculture, science and technology, etc, e.g. Dr. V Kurien). People, especially the young, think cricket is everything. Govt should not get carried away with this kind of spontaneous and emotional demands for Bharat Ratna for Sachin Tendulkar. Let him first retire, and wait for some years! There are others who really deserve the highest award, already in the queue.

I agree with you 100% Mr Joseph. It is still too early, for Tendulkar to be bestowed with Bharat Ratna. He could wait for ten to twenty years and do something more for the country than just piling up runs and improving statistics.
