Chappal did most harm to our cricket team. Played politics, leaved like a Maharaja(Current politicians) was responsible to ruin the carreer of players like Ganguli and perhaps would have done same to Tendulkar perhaps to help Australia remain no 1. If some one goes into the details of his package and cost to India and also the personal benefit he derived it can be another scam
India would have lifted the World Cup in 2003 with such a strong band of players then but for Chappel who shattered the teams morale, sowed seeds of dissension and disputes with the result that Australia lifted the cup. He was sent to India precisely for this. If he comes to India again, someone should greet him with a shoe stamp on his face.

You mean 2007. I'm not sure we would have won, but we would have certainly made it to the semis at least.

FOr all Mitra , ganguly , bhatarchrya , mukharji, banergi Sourab is best, Even now also after winning the world cup, they will never tell tht Dhoni is best. on wht besis u made such a ideotic remarks .U are saying sourab is best tell me any one reason on wht basis u made such statement

Sourav has picked up the talents dhoni raina yuvraj and made this team, however Dhoni's contributions is also invaluable s .All we can say is the dots got connected, Ganguly brought immense change in the teams morale at that time. We were lucky to have Sourav and and now happy with Dhoni .

so u mean to say till Gang came to Team, till that point Indian cricket was at par with minors like ZIM,CAN,B'desh. Come-on man.. Wake up..Turn up the pages of HISTORY; Gang only helped himself to stay in the team and for that we went on publishing all the internal team details to public.
