I dont understand why after such a huge bash of World Cup ODI cricket such a long IPL season is required. Ideally this kind of a league should mix the local talents with international cricketers to uplift the standard of our cricketers. That should be the aim. Right? It has become a way to feed money into already overladen pockets of BCCI, Modi, Dhoni and distracting public from real issues. Please stop this folks - the condition of our country as a sporting nation is pathetic. In almost all the sports our country is way behind of international standards. Why shower all this money on cricketers only - why not develop the olympic sports? Is it impossible? I feel ashamed. The landlord of Bangalore Yedurappa is giving out lands to these cricketers, to whose pockets already millions of dollars are pumped into. While there are some Asian games medalists who are crying for land for their sports for almost 10 years now. Please stop this cricket madness! IPL is a farce. Please ask the local governers and politicians to channelize the crores of rupees given to cricketers, which are from our tax money, to the needy sports - swimming, athletics, hockey, soccer and other outstanding sports.

Please bring in Kevin O Brien. It is sad to see the guy who played the most sensational innings in WC 2011 is missing.
1. CSK - They have got the Best Squad of all, their Domestic Talents easily out do the overseas players. If they fail to qualify for the Qualifies it would be a Big upset
2. MI - They are missing few Domestic Talents from the last season like Zak, S Dhawan and SS Tiwary. They have wonderful Overseas players along with SRT, they should make to the Qualifier. Addition of Rohit and Symonds meant their batting gets more Stronger and they will Miss Zak
3. KKR - Missing Local Talents, Once again they will fail to qualify for knock out stage
4. Kochi Tuskers - Excellent overseas and Bowlers but for Batting they have to search, unbalanced and I will write off
5. Sahara Pune Warriors - Batting heavy Squad, I have to search for Bowlers, Yuvi might make a difference, Missing good bowlers very badly like CSK in the first 2 seasons. Fifty Fifty chance to progress for Qualifiers
6. RCB - Amazing Overseas players set up but Betrayed their own Local Players and not a great set of Domestic Players. They are also in the Fifty Fifty zone
7. RR - No idea what to make with this team, If Warne inspire them, they can show some fight and will still miss the Qualifier Bus
8. DC - Local batting Missing, good Overseas players to carry them as usual. I give them an out side chance to make it to the Qualifier
9. Seems weak on the Paper though for me they are not bad team, They have 50-50 chance still
10. As usual their top order to Save them, I don't expect them to make it.

Although I am not a SRK fan at all but this time he has got a pretty strong team. Gambhir, Yousuf pathan, Kallis, Brad haddin, Eon Morgan, Brett Lee, Shakib al hassan. This is a very strong team and Gambhir is a good captain as well

You can play ONLY 4 Overseas players, Domestic talent is ignored by KKR once again will lead to their downfall for sure

There is no chance for DC... In Indian player they have only one name in batting that is shikar dhwan...
then they have pietersen, white, sangakara, duminy, steyn, out of 5they can take only 4 player... and in that also if couple of palyer is not comming then where is batting line up and bowling line up in DC??

KKR lovers will fail once again ... they have batting like gambhir and yusuf and then kallis then no good name...
in bowling ?? only Lee is good that too not successful in IPL... Kallis and haddin...
