Indian Coaches (especially the former players) are fit for nothing. Sachin told that Kirsten used to throw 200-300 balls a day without getting tired. Can you show me a former player who is fit enough to coach ?
Team India needs someone like Shaun Pollock, Alec Stewart, Grant Flower, Adam Gilchrist, Stephen Fleming etc who keep themselves fit and who are not arrogant and who are honest to themselves and their work.

More importantantly they should not be parochial which most of the past cricketers are not LIKE Ajit Agarkar being called a great all rounder - reply by Boycott has batting averages for bowling and bowling averages for batting.

Ashok will become cricketer after that but looking at ashok"s profile Dolly Bindra can train him better than poonam.
If Warne becomes coach.... Then every body will learn how to rub & spin two balls at the same time (for a long time) & loose the middle wicket before reaching Climax.
