Yousuf should first take a good shave. He appears a bit dumb. May be that's the reason he is not consistent.
not able to understand what makes selectors to creat such a tension almost gripping every one who watches the Indian team play a match - with weak bowling line up - not up to standards which every Indian expects to deliver the ball to either make batsman to go in for wrong shot or get his wicket uprooted to a fast delivery making the batsman to throw his wicket - dhoni facing lots of problem in selecting the bowlers - same the case of spectators - have to compromise with the given situation that India do not have fast bowlers like wesley hall & charles griffit nor have spinners of the caliber of prasanna, venkat, bedi & chandra - lack of proper bowling line up really makes spectators to think twice should really India lacks pace bowlers & spinners or is it the selectors choice so below the standards of internatinal cricket - who is responsible for weak bowling line up - its the selectors - opinions differ - any how match against Pakistan in which Indian bowling was at its best - hope the same efforts will be made - I am fully optimistic our bowlers will continue the same efforts as they did in semifinals against Pakistan in Mohali - now tomorrow against Sri Lanka at Mumbai - batting fully dependable on sachin, sehwag & yuvaraj - all the best to Indian team - thankyou - kapil to dhoni - one match to go - a night's dream or reality - an optimistic hope to reality - saw the 1983 world cup on tv - kapil did it kept the hope of winnin

I think Selectors have done great. Why you are critical of selectors? May be few players like Tiwari, Utthappa, Ojha are missing but overall good selection.

bowling prowess of Sri Lanka bowler muralitharan cannot be under estimated - to counter bowling attack we do not have - so the anxiety - only high run rate of 7 to 7.5 by sachin, sehwag & yuvraj can make our bowlers play safe - to win the match since Sri Lanka has good openning pair cannot be overlooked, can chase big totals - as they did against quarterfinals - so our anxiety making us to conclude that India depends on batting of sachin, sehwag & yuvaraj - cannot take it for granted the bowling line up - opinions differ - thankyou
am wondering how this guy gets selected...this guy doesnt have sportsmanship..i wish he was placed in the front line of army..we can see doed he mocks at opp army or wets there..sure he wets... Irfan Pathan is a good all rounder..he was not picked..also Aswin is all rounder too... Sreesanth will be blasted ..he doesnt deserve in Indian team..

Captain - Shri M.S. Dhoni's opinion is 100% agreed. If Ashish Nehra is not in a position to play the final match against Sri Lanka, then, of course Mr. Sreesanth is the suitable person to play well. If he will plan and think well, he can do his part well against Sri Lanka.
Following is a look at the strengths and weaknesses of India and Sri Lanka, who meet in the World Cup final on Saturday. BATTING
* Overall: Too close to call -- India have scored more runs overall (2194 at an average of 274 runs per innings to Sri Lanka's 1933 at an average of 242 runs per innings) at a better run rate (5.80 versus 5.70) -- However, India have lost more wickets (58 v 40), providing a much healthier average per wicket for Sri Lanka (48.3 v 37.8)
* Openers: Slight advantage to Sri Lanka -- The teams feature the two outstanding opening pairs in the tournament -- The average opening stand of Sri Lanka (97.9) overshadows the Indian average (53.9) -- The rate at which the openers have got the runs is where India have an advantage (strike rate of 102.6 for India v 90.1 for Sri Lanka)
* Middle Order (Numbers 3, 4, 5): Slight advantage to Sri Lanka -- Both teams have the same strike rate of 86.5 although Sri Lanka have scored more runs per wicket lost (56.2 vs 41.6) -- The Indian middle order have had more time in the middle (874 runs from 1010 balls compared to Sri Lanka's 731 runs from 845 balls)
* Lower Middle Order (Numbers 6, 7, 8): Better performance by India -- India's lower middle order has had more time in the middle (304 runs from 390 balls) compared to Sri Lanka's (172 runs from 205 balls) -- India have a better average per wicket (23.4 runs vs 15.6 runs) although a slightly inferior strike rate (77.9 vs 83.9)
