I feel
by om shanti on Sep 29, 2010 05:57 PM  | Hide replies

The Eden match was a historic one, really feel nostalgic about it..

Three heroes of that match were Laxman,Dravid and Harbhajan..

Such matches are rare and such thrills are once in a life time experience..

Don't forget Sachin's 3 wicket that turned the match in to a Historic win otherwise the match would be a Draw

I does feel Cricket is a Team game and min half of the team have to contribute for a Win some contribute big some small some negative but still it's a team game

If Sachin doesn't take that 3 wickets and the match ended in Draw any one will remember? Now almost many forgot the Napier test which is not so long ago, almost similar situation but India draw the match only so all forgot now

yes, he was the Main Hero and half of the team done some other job to ensure the win, if it was ended in Draw no one will remember, any one remembering the Napeir Test happened in 2009?

How can it be? He was the captain of the ship. However, without the determination of Dravid and Laxman,it would have been another flop show !

Joke of the Day

Now we dont have Captain like GAnguly to Inspire teh Team, Dhoni, a useless captain, things working out only from his luck, and apart from that , so called youngsters they play only @ IPL with commitment, then forget about international cricket, better to stick only IPL and champion leauge level

yep it is really the Joke of the day.. Dhoni has been the successful capatain every for India than the fear striken Ganguly apart from the "Shirt pull off". India needed a brave captain and you now have one. He has took the Indian cricket team to new heights even with the new faces he have in the team, than at the gangul's time. Ganguly just kept winning only beacuase of shear luck and a good part from rest of his team members Sachin, Dravid, etc...

What is luck?
Its an imaginary word..fortune favours the brave..
Unsuccessful people think that for successful people everything is luck !!

VV Laxman is the Best & tursted batsman in our team. He is very dedicated fellow in his batting.

I appreciate him best of Luck in the next two matches against Australia and win both the matches and maintain our world record in the Test Match, under the captain ship of MS Dhoni and others.

Regards & Best of Luck.

Test Series against Australia
by Prashanth Shetty on Sep 29, 2010 05:44 PM  | Hide replies

It was during that time that Australia was threatened for the first time after many years. Till then they dominated world cricket for many years. So, it was India which first troubled Australia. Lot of credit goes to Ganguly, Laxman, Dravid, Harbhajan, Tendulkar and Kumble

VERY VERY SPECIAL LAXMAN
by john kannattu on Sep 29, 2010 05:43 PM

There are many players who have greater records than this man, but there is nobody more lovable to watch this man. His classy 281 and kapil dev's 175 against zimbabe in 183 world cup will remain in the memory of cricket lovers in years to come. good luck to laxman
