Flintoff is one of the best all rounders of all times. The problems with the all rounders are they need too much energy required and specially fast bowler all rounders. That is why Kallis almost quits bowling and concentrate more on his batting. Chris cane avoided both bowling and batting together in same match. This is the reason why most of the teams now prefer spinning all rounder as a long term prospects.
