1 .SEHWAG( For the blasting start) 2. Gambhir( Mature enough to play for longer Inning) 3. Kohli( have great temperament and great running btw wkts) 4. SACHIN( NEEDS HIM THE MIDDLE ORDER TO PLAY THROUGH THE MIDDLE OVERS UPTO 42-45) 5. Raina/ Yuvi( for slog overs and big hitters can play sensibly if required earlier) 6. Dhoni( Real floater can bat anywhere but like his older days) 7. Tiwary/ Yousuf Pathan( have a good nick for the big hitting continuously, but we need one all rounder here) 8.Irfan( good allrounder) 9.Harbhajan Singh( need one experienced spinner, not so sure whether he will perform or not) 10. Praveen Kumar ( Don’t know yaar, I wish he performs) 11. Nehra ( off late doing good bowling).
Extra: if they don’t perform , then I don’t think anybody can save them. Ishant , Sreesanth ,Zaheer, Ojha, I have proposed this team keeping in mind that we need atleast 6-7 bowling option , seeing their track in the big games and more over none of them are consistent.

Guess its time that we give the title of the "worst captain ever" to the god... He was instrumental in destroying MI in both the matches in CL, similar to what he had done numerous times in IPL as well as for Indian team... Its high time that the "GOD" retires and gives the stage to some good youngsters...

sujith karun, for you the time to give the title of the ''worst captain ever'' to the god may have come now. but many others have already given that title to god long ago.
Sachin proved once again an unlucky captain?Sachin's efforts are always laborious but no luck and no extra ordinary skill as like other captains (Saurav and Dhoni ) Proved at their shorts term compared to Sachin? Will Sachin's presence once again proved a mistake or unlucky for upcoming 2011 world cup? Public Views solicited on this please.

Sachin's captaincy in this match is very questionable indeed. Given that he has played so many matches it is hard to digest the fact that he made so many elementary mistakes like not saving Malinga for the last over. His shuffling of bowling was questionable too. I think it is not an overstatement if I feel that that any school team captain would have won this match with MI resources.
It was bad rotation of bowlers. Harbhajan didn't complete his 4 overs and was bowling only his third over at the last. Malinga should have been kept one over for the last or penultimate over. Sachin should have used his resources in a much better manner. Not being able to defend 180 runs is a shame, given that the pitch is bowling friendly.
Ian Chappel : "As in the first version of Champions League, IPL teams are failing once again". The condescension is apparent. It shows how foreigners view our teams: over-hyped. Unfortunately, that is true. We Indians need to raise the bar of excellence (not only cricket but in all fields).

I see no justification for Chappell's comment (if at all he made it) and your point that Indians need to raise the bar. 2 of the 3 IPL sides have started on a winning note and that too easy wins.

sachin is not unlucky captain, instead he is worst captain, he should have not given harbhajan last over. harbhjan and zaheer was pathetic, if we indians are dreaming for world cup with these type og bowlers then, ......
