AUS this time are well prepared and better bowling unit...batting is OK.... now team india desperately needs dravid to play his "solid" inningses....though he isnt struggling in technic against quality pace attack, but getting out at wrong times in his inningses..... cant expect much frm Mr. sehwag on mohali pitch against this kind of pace attack....but dravid is a crucial players for team india's success... he alone has the ability and technic to play a long inningse on such pitches against this AUS attack....much is dependedent on him....

ohhh......what a comment...c'mon... hello ..bengali bosss.... this is AUS attack...not an ordinary srilanka claas medium pacers in AUS team.....bollinger, jhonson, helfinhauss and even watson are far better world class seamers.....u know that... test is to be played on "mohali" pitch....the best seaming track in india.....if india bats first, u will see Mr. dravid at crease with in first 5 overs..!!!!! indian inningse on these kind of pitches starts with him and ends with him..... sehwag "prefers" to sit in dressing room on this kind of pitch and bowling attack as early as posible..... what were u doing all these years wen dravid has become a "virtual opener" for team india...????? probably waiting for "dada's inningses....

I will wait till investigation complete before blaming any player. Spot fixing is very much possible but not match fixing.

anu dravid should be given rest in between and other players should be tried

Even rest will not matter for him. His stamina doesn't match as a test player. He should retire now.

No chance. But IMO if he struggle better he retire on his home ground against Aussie in the 2nd Test. Anyway for a next Bangalore Match it will take another 2 yrs so Better to retire in-front of his home crowd

y ur ass burns when dravid doesent score big..????? eat dravid's S.H.I.T. to know abt batting and test cricket... dont write stupid things without knowing players ability and game's knowledge.....
I think S Smith pick is really good pick and his batting is an Additional Strength and He can play in place of M North also at No.6 and He can bowl spin well in Indian pitches along with Nathan Hauritz
But Ponting will Play only M North at No.6 so once we pick Watson, Katich and M Clarke then it's all tail.

In presence of S.Watson I will not prefer any more all-rounder in playing X1. Aus batting looks weak.

That's why. S Smith can bat better then M North so he should play at No.6. Let see how Ponting and Hussey plays. Aussies fate depends on this 2 only. If they play bad Aus can't even manage a Draw
