The famous former captain and commentator Richie Benaud said captaincy is 90% luck and 10% skill but do not try without that 10%. dhoni has used up a major part of his luck and the skill part is still not completely over may be he has it in him to win WC 2011. But do not think India would win WC without Sachin.

But he has hardly played to win matches for India. That is left to Dravids and Laxmans. The foundation hardly gets any praise, but the showy building above it gets all the credit.

100% correct as regards Test cricket especially.fine but do you know the Indian media keeps telling how good a captain Dhoni is , they do not understand the full picture.With a WC2011 win Dhoni will be immortalised by the indian media.

To win any war you require good leader and Dhoni is one of them. To bring best performance from the team and keep them united, this can be done only by good captain
