Raina's Match Fixing rumour
by sharath nb on Oct 25, 2010 06:25 AM  | Hide replies

Well, what you think Raina is match fixed for?
1) Is it to bat very well?
2) Did he accept money to dive around and field well and save at least 25 to 30 runs per match?
3) Or did he take money to perform well in pressure situations?
If he's taken money for these, then no issues at all. He's a great cricketer, he's batting so well, such a great fielder, useful bowler. His performance has been well above par, then why suspect him.
Like I already said, if he's taking money to performance better n better each time, let him do it then. Stop tarnishing Indian players.

lol..cool down mate!
All they said is that he was seen with an "illegal bookie" and they want a clarification on that. That's it! Riana might have been with her and it's not his fault if she had been a bookie. How can one know everything about everyone?

apart from above, to catch Umpire mess-ups...

we need non-ball stepping detection machine like tennis. Tennis has machine which detects ball outside the line.

Ball quality detection such that indians get same quality of balls as videshi.

I would prefer a safe with pass-code with each team so players can randomly pick the ball from same box.

Pitch quality control ...

Any idea on LBW detection which does not need umpire intervention?

If ICC knows someone is bookie, tell BCCI to inform the player.
by E darwin on Oct 25, 2010 03:03 AM  | Hide replies

why setup a trap for a player ANGREZI STYLE.

Re: Time to call a spade a spade!!!

those time have gone when angrez could buy off every indian slaves by various means or shoot them down if they refused to make a deal with a trap.

Now it is a indirect games, like have conference for leftist (karat was there), nobel prize, counties contract, news/media, spy, etc.

Though they have indirectly planned to buy venkatesh prasad for auz to gain indian secrets.

THIS WILL NOT STOP !!! AWARDS AND kicks will continue, videshi are very corrosive forces and they have many desis slaves at their disposal.

No ball can be easily detected. LBW is more difficult, as faint snicks can not be detected easily. But can be used to check whether the ball would have hit the stumps and also where it pitched.

Doubling standards and unfair treatment against India in International cricket is baffling. They did nothing against pak cricket team players responsible for running match fixing spree in all forms but attacking Indian players just at their ignorant acts like having an marketing agent.
Indian team should come up strongly against it.

BCCI should be straight forward
by wizardo id on Oct 24, 2010 11:52 PM

BCCI cannot possibly be the head of al lthings cricket in india. they like to pose that way, but they are clearly not. they are so haphazard in their functioning. the ipl/ modi/ dalmiya fiasco is very clear. there's a lot of rot in bcci, they'd better clear it.

raina maybe innocent, but the point is bcci is too chaotic, they are like a bunch of thugs.
